A jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device in which, when the left and right sides of the mandible are identified as asymmetrical in the measurement verification section above, the expansion control means increases the amount of air injected into the air tube placed in the bite section with a low occlusal force measurement value, thereby causing it to expand more than the air tube placed in the bite section with a high occlusal force measurement value.
  2. In claim 1, The above-mentioned biting portion is provided with an insertion groove to be fitted onto the molar of the mandible, and is a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device made of a soft material.
  3. In claim 1, The above connecting part A pair of connecting bodies, each having one side connected to the respective above-mentioned clamping part, and A jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device comprising a connecting bracket connected to the other side of each of the above-mentioned connecting bodies.
  4. In claim 3, The above pair of connecting bodies are arranged symmetrically around the connecting bracket, and A jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device connected to a connecting body, wherein the connecting bracket is provided with a guide groove so that a pair of connecting bodies can slide in the guide groove.
  5. delete
  6. delete
  7. In claim 1, The above connecting part is further provided with an extension part, and The above extension is a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device equipped with a horizontal measuring means for measuring the horizontal state of the mandible when the molars of the upper and lower jaws are in occlusion.
  8. In claim 1, A jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device having a connecting portion further equipped with a catch that engages with the mandible.
  9. In claim 8, The above catch A front locking member having one side connected to the above-mentioned connecting part and contacting the front surface of the mandible, and Evaluation and exercise of jaw asymmetry including a bottom catch member connected to the other side of the above-mentioned connecting part and in contact with the bottom surface of the mandible
  10. In claim 8, The above-mentioned catch is a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device having an 'L'-shaped cross-section.

Description

Chin asymmetry evaluation and exercise device The present invention relates to a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device that evaluates mandibular asymmetry and enables mandibular movement. In general, modern people develop asymmetrical muscles around the mandible due to their asymmetrical chewing habits. As a result, asymmetrical stress is applied to the mandibular joints on both sides, and the accumulated stress leads to damage to the mandibular joints. Furthermore, it causes external changes such as asymmetry in the face and jaw, which is also aesthetically unpleasing. Therefore, physical therapists evaluate the patient's mandible or asymmetry in mandibular movement and perform resistance exercises to strengthen weakened muscles. However, conventionally, since physical therapists use their hands to perform mandibular evaluation and exercise, there are limitations in terms of hygiene and the inability to apply sufficient resistance. In addition, when evaluating asymmetry on both sides of the patient's mandible, it is difficult to determine which side the asymmetry is caused by, and it is even more difficult for the patient to evaluate the asymmetry of the mandible themselves. Related technologies for the evaluation of mandibular asymmetry and the establishment of an exercise model are disclosed in Korean Published Patent Application No. 10-2022-0145758 (Oct. 31, 2022) and Korean Registered Patent Application No. 10-2332451 (Nov. 30, 2021). FIG. 1 is a side view of the usage state of a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view of a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of part 'A' shown in Figure 2. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. Prior to this, terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a jaw asymmetry evaluation and exercise device according to one embodiment of the present invention may include a biting part (100), a connecting part (200), a pressure measuring part (300), and a measurement verification part (400). The above-mentioned biting portion (100) is a part positioned to interlock with at least a portion of the left and right molars of the user's upper jaw (10) and lower jaw (20). That is, the biting portion (100) is configured as a pair to be positioned between the left and right molars of the upper jaw (10) and the left and right molars of the lower jaw (20), respectively, so that when the molars of the upper jaw (10) and the molars of the lower jaw (20) occlude, pressure is applied by the left and right molars. When the above-mentioned biting portion (100) is placed in the user's oral cavity, it is stably fixed to the left and right molars of the lower jaw (20). That is, the biting portion (100) may be provided with an insertion groove (not shown) so that it can be fitted into the left and right molars of the lower jaw (20). Additionally, the above-mentioned biting portion (100) may be made of a soft material to minimize impact on the molars when the user occludes the molars of the upper jaw (10) and the lower jaw (20), and more specifically, may be made of silicone, but is not limited thereto.
