KR-102963902-B1 - Device for humidifying water in automobile
Abstract
The present invention proposes a humidification device for a vehicle. The casing (20) of the present invention is made of synthetic resin material and is equipped with a water tank (22) capable of holding water inside, and is detachably attached to one side of the sun visor (10) of the vehicle. A filter (26) maintains a state in which one end is immersed in the water inside the water tank so as to absorb water, and a vibrator (30) contacts the filter to supply and vaporize the water. An inner support member (32) that supports the inner side of the vibrator is provided with a filter mounting part formed on the inner side facing the water tank, into which the outer end of the filter is fitted, and a vibrator support part formed on the outer side to support the inner side of the vibrator, and is supported in a fixed state on the casing. And the outer support member (34) that supports the outer side of the vibrator is formed on the inner side and has a vibrator support part for supporting the outer side of the vibrator, and has a communication hole formed to supply steam generated from the vibrator to the outside, and is supported in a fixed state on the casing.

Description
Vaporizing device for humidifying water in automobile The present invention relates to a vaporization device for an automobile humidifier, and more specifically, to a vaporization device for an automobile humidifier configured to support a vibrator that vaporizes water and to ensure a smooth supply of steam, while simultaneously increasing the efficiency of space utilization inside the vehicle by implementing the humidifier for controlling humidity inside the vehicle through a sun visor. Various types of humidification devices have been proposed for controlling humidity inside vehicles, such as Korean Utility Model Registration Application No. 20-1994-0036570 (December 28, 1994) or Korean Patent Application No. 10-2020-0123780 (September 24, 2020). However, since these prior patents utilize only a portion of the vehicle's interior space, such as the console, they substantially reduce the efficiency of space utilization within the vehicle. Furthermore, with the arrangement according to the prior patent, since the water vapor generated by the ultrasonic vibrator is discharged at a mid-to-low height inside the vehicle, it takes a considerable amount of time for the user to actually feel it. In other words, because the vapor particles generated by the vibrator are heavy and tend to sink downward first, it takes time to perceive the overall humidification effect. FIG. 1 is an exemplary perspective view showing a humidification device applied to a sun visor according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the main parts of a humidification device according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a humidification device according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of the sun visor portion of a humidification device according to the present invention. Next, we will examine the present invention in more detail based on the embodiments illustrated in the drawings. The humidification device of the present invention is fundamentally designed to be implemented on the sun visor, which is the uppermost component within the vehicle. Therefore, since the humidification device is installed at the highest point within the vehicle, the steam is discharged from the highest position and can be felt quickly. Furthermore, by preventing the humidification device from occupying the interior space, it is expected that the convenience of using the interior space can be fully ensured. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the humidification device of the present invention comprises a sun visor (10) and a humidifier (20) installed on one side of the sun visor. Here, the humidifier (20) is a humidifier that uses an ultrasonic vibrator and is substantially mounted on one side of the sun visor (10). According to the illustrated embodiment, the humidifier (20) is assembled in a portion of the corner of the sun visor after the corner is removed, so that the overall shape is similar to that of a conventional sun visor. The sun visor (10) of the present invention is provided with a discharge section (12) through which steam generated from a humidifier (20) is discharged. This discharge section (12) refers to an outlet from which steam is discharged, and an internal passage (14) is installed inside this discharge section (12), as shown in FIG. 4. This internal passage (14) has an open portion corresponding to the discharge section (12) and guides the steam generated from the vibrator described later to the discharge section (12). These internal passages (14) may be formed substantially integrally with the sun visor, or they may be formed separately and assembled. When they are formed separately and then assembled to the sun visor (10), they may be supported to rotate up and down within a certain section inside the sun visor to control the direction of steam discharge. The steam coming out of the discharge section (12) is water vapor generated in the humidifier (20) described later, which is supplied to the internal passage (14) formed inside the discharge section (12), and flows along this internal passage and is discharged into the room through the open discharge section (12). The humidifier (20) of the present invention can substantially be described as a part that vaporizes water supplied using an ultrasonic vibrator. And as illustrated, the humidifier (20) is installed on one side of the sun visor (10) and has the overall appearance of a standard sun visor. In the illustrated embodiment, the humidifier (20) is made in a rectangular shape having a thickness corresponding to that of the sun visor. The humidifier (20) includes a casing (22) that forms the overall exterior. And a water tank (24) capable of holding water is formed inside the casing (22). This casing (22) is detachably mounted on one side of the sun visor (10), or in the illustrated embodiment, on the corner of the sun visor (10). Various modifications are possible regarding the structure
