Description
Apparatus for spraying amount control for granule spreader The present invention relates to a spraying amount control device for a granule sprayer, and more specifically, to a spraying amount control device for a granule sprayer that is positioned at the bottom of a granule hopper and can precisely control the amount of granules sprayed. In general, when spraying pesticides on crops in rural areas, granular spreaders are attached to various agricultural machinery, including tractors and cultivators. A granular sprayer connected to agricultural machinery utilizes the power of the machinery, allowing it to carry a large amount of granular pesticide and maintain a wide spraying area, as well as providing the advantage of spraying pesticides without much effort. Granular spreaders currently on the market are manufactured with various structures, adopting methods such as a spraying method using compressed air, a scattering method using centrifugal force from the rotation of an impeller, or a falling method using the rotation of a shaft with discharge blades. However, conventional technology involves the inconvenience of requiring the agricultural machinery operator to manually adjust the granular application amount by operating a lever from the driver's seat. Furthermore, since the operator operates the lever arbitrarily to apply the granules, there is a problem in that the granules cannot be applied precisely according to the soil type. In addition, there is a problem where a bottleneck occurs during the process of supplying granules, causing the motor to be overloaded and malfunctions such as stopping operation. An example of a technology for solving the above-mentioned problem is disclosed in the following document 1. Patent Document 1 describes a spreading amount control device for a fertilizer spreader comprising: a frame; a hopper fixedly installed on the frame to receive fertilizer; a spreading fan that sprays fertilizer outwardly through a fertilizer outlet formed on the bottom surface of the hopper; and a spreading amount control plate that selectively opens and closes the fertilizer outlet to control the amount of fertilizer to be sprayed outwardly by the spreading fan. A fertilizer sprayer spraying amount control device is disclosed, characterized by being equipped with: an actuator connected to the spraying amount control plate to control the fertilizer spraying amount; and a control unit that controls the driving of the actuator. In particular, the spray volume control plate in the form of a circular disc rotates by a cylinder that selectively extends in length, thereby adjusting the spray volume according to the position of the fertilizer outlet. However, with the conventional technology described above, the rotational torque increases if fertilizer gets stuck or moisture accumulates in the fertilizer outlet while the spreading control plate is rotating. Additionally, there is a problem in that the edges of the fertilizer outlet become severely worn during prolonged use due to friction with fertilizer particles as the spreading control plate rotates. In addition, there is a disadvantage that precise control is difficult because the fertilizer outlet area changes in a way that causes the outlets to overlap due to the rotation of the disc-shaped spraying volume control plate, resulting in non-linear control of the spraying volume. An example of a technology for solving the above-mentioned problem is disclosed in the following document 2. Patent Document 2 discloses a granule sprayer characterized by comprising: a granule hopper in which granules are stored; a spraying amount control unit disposed at the bottom of the granule hopper to control the amount of granules sprayed; a granule spraying unit rotated by a driving unit to spray granules discharged from the spraying amount control unit to the outside; and a spraying direction control unit to control the spraying range of granules sprayed by the granule spraying unit. In particular, the above-mentioned spraying amount control unit applies a ball valve method having an internal ball for opening and closing the flow path to control the spraying amount of the granules manually or automatically. However, the conventional technology described above has a problem in that granules get stuck between the ball and the flow path of the ball valve, preventing the ball from rotating smoothly, which causes an overload and damages the actuator. In addition, while ball valves are originally designed to ensure high shut-off performance for liquids, there is a problem where granules leak out gradually as they become stuck and complete shut-off becomes impossible. In addition, if moisture accumulates while granules are stuck between the Euro and the ball, the surface of the granules melts and sticks together to form a lump (cake). If this lump hardens in the valve gap, it causes the valve to become completely stuck. The granules hardened by moisture turn into hard pl
