Claims (1)
- A cable body mounted on a stud bolt provided on the vehicle body and having a fixing hole; A band portion provided on one side of the lower portion of the cable body, which wraps the wiring upward, is inserted into the fixing hole portion, and is hooked and mounted on the lance portion; and A cutting part provided on the lower side of the cable body and cutting the band portion exposed to the lower side to enable the cable body to be seated on the vehicle body; The above band portion is provided with a plurality of cutting grooves so that the cutting of the band portion can be easily performed in the cutting space provided in the cutting portion, and The above cutting grooves are formed as a pair of mutually facing indentations on both sides of the band portion, and The above cutting groove is arranged with a set length in each section between the fixing groove of the band portion and the adjacent fixing groove portion, and On at least one side of the above band portion, a cutting connection groove having a fine step connecting one of the cutting grooves facing the cutting groove is formed in a recess, and When the cutting blade of the cutting mechanism provided in the cutting part cuts the V-shaped bottom groove in the cutting groove, the removal of the exposed band portion through the continuous cutting connection groove is easily achieved. The lower side of the above cable body is provided with a seating support portion on which the wiring is seated and the band portion is supported. The above-mentioned mounting support comprises: a plurality of mounting support members formed to protrude a set length at the lower edge of the cable body to have a spaced-apart portion; and a connecting member connecting each of the mounting support members and having the band portion fixed to one side. A body-mounted band cable characterized by the above-mentioned mounting support being configured to have the same height as or slightly higher than the lower side of the cable body.
Description
Car Body Mounting Band Cable The present invention relates to a body-mounted band cable, and more specifically, to a body-mounted band cable that can improve assembly by guiding the cable body to be completely mounted on the vehicle body, thereby preventing the lower side of the wiring from being exposed by cutting the band portion exposed to the lower side in the cutting space when the band portion provided on the lower side of the band cable body wraps the wiring upward and mounts it in the fixing hole portion. Generally, a wire harness refers to a set of wires that conduct electricity in a vehicle or various electrical devices, and each electrical component of the vehicle is connected to the battery or generator, which provides the electric driving force, via a wire harness. Wires used in wire harnesses (hereinafter referred to as wiring) are branched at specific locations as needed and connected to electrical components such as batteries or generators through various paths; band cables are used to secure the wiring to specific parts or to support the wiring at the locations where these wires branch. Band cables include general band cables that are secured to the vehicle body via hooks, and stud band cables that are secured by inserting them into stud bolts provided on the vehicle body. At this time, the stud band cable includes a cable body that is inserted and mounted into a stud bolt provided in the vehicle body, a band portion provided in the cable body that extends to one side and wraps a wiring, and a fixing hole portion provided in the cable body to secure the wrapped wiring by inserting the band portion. However, since the existing stud band cable is configured to be fixed by winding the band portion from the upper side, when the wiring is thick, the wiring wound on the band portion protrudes downward, and as a result, when inserting the cable body into the stud bolt of the vehicle body, the height difference increases, so the cable body cannot be fully seated on the vehicle body panel, and as a result, the band cable is difficult to fasten and may be loose, and the cable body may become detached. Therefore, there is a need to improve this. A related background technology is Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1110791 (January 20, 2012, Title of Invention: Band Cable Assembly).
