Claims (1)
- Band section for winding the wiring; A cable body that inserts and fixes the band portion, on which the wiring is wound, into a fixing hole; and A selective fixing part that allows for selective mounting to a fixed hole or keyhole formed in a vehicle body panel through a hook provided on the lower side of the cable body; The above-mentioned selection fixing unit is, A hole fixing part provided on the lower side of the cable body and fixing the cable body to the hole portion of the vehicle body panel; and It includes a keyhole fixing part provided on the lower side of the cable body and fixing the cable body to the keyhole part of the vehicle body panel to impart straightness to the band part; The above-mentioned fixed hole fixing part is, A lower hook portion formed on the hook so as to be hooked and mounted on the above-mentioned hole portion; and It includes a pair of hole guide parts that support the above-mentioned hook and guide the entry of the above-mentioned hook into the above-mentioned hole part; The above cable body includes an elastic support member that extends to the fixed hole fixing member and elastically supports it so as to cover both cases when the cable body is mounted downward in the fixed hole through the fixed hole fixing member or mounted upward in the keyhole through the keyhole fixing member. When mounting the above cable body to the above hole portion of the vehicle body panel, the locking hook moves along the above hole guide portion and, at the moment when entry is completed, restores itself and catches on the lower locking projection portion, thereby mounting the above cable body to the above hole portion, The elastic support member, which is spread out like an umbrella on the cable body but only to the left and right sides, is elastically supported on the upper surface of the body panel, and the cable body is installed on the body panel with the wiring fixed thereto. The keyhole fixing part comprises: an upper locking projection formed on the upper side of a lower locking projection provided in the keyhole fixing part, which is provided in the locking hook to be hooked and mounted in the keyhole part; and a straightness maintaining part formed on the upper side of a straightness guide part provided in the keyhole fixing part, which is inserted and mounted in the keyhole part to impart straightness to the cable body. The straightness maintaining part comprises: a straightness protrusion part formed protruding outwardly by a radius and provided on the upper side of the regular hole guide part; and a straightness maintaining groove part formed recessed in the keyhole part to prevent rotation of the cable body into which the straightness protrusion part is inserted. The lower hook portion of the above-mentioned fixed hole portion is formed on the lower part of the hook, and is therefore formed wider than the upper hook portion of the above-mentioned keyhole fixed portion. An integrated band cable characterized by the above-mentioned catch hook being formed to gradually narrow toward the upper side.
Description
Integrated Band Cable The present invention relates to an integrated band cable, and more specifically, to an integrated band cable that can improve manufacturability and also solve the straightness of the parts by integrating a fixing member that can be applied to both a regular hole and a keyhole into a single integral. Generally, a wire harness refers to a set of wires that conduct electricity in a vehicle or various electrical devices, and each electrical component of the vehicle is connected to the battery or generator, which provides the electric driving force, via a wire harness. Wires used in wire harnesses (hereinafter referred to as wiring) are branched at specific locations as needed and connected to electrical components such as batteries or generators through various paths; band cables are used to secure the wiring to specific parts or to support the wiring at the locations where these wires branch. The band cable includes a cable body that is inserted and mounted into a fixed hole or slot hole formed in the vehicle body, a band portion provided on the cable body and extending to one side to wind a wiring, and a fixing hole portion provided on the cable body to secure the wound wiring by inserting the band portion. Meanwhile, band cables include a regular hole band cable that is inserted and mounted into a regular hole (circular hole) in the vehicle body and allows rotation, and a slot hole band cable that is inserted and mounted into a slot hole (elliptical hole) in the vehicle body and maintains directionality (straightness) without allowing rotation. The regular hole band cable can be applied to areas where rotation is permitted after installation by wrapping the wiring around the band portion; however, like the slot hole band cable, the regular hole band cable is difficult to apply to areas where directionality is required and rotation is not permitted. However, in the past, when a regular hole band cable must be applied instead of a slot hole band cable in sections where it is difficult to apply slot holes due to the body structure and rotation cannot be allowed due to interference between parts, not only is it impossible to prevent rotation by maintaining the directionality of the wiring wound on the band section, but it is also impossible to solve the problem of interference between other parts caused by rotation and wiring tolerances. Therefore, there is a need to improve this. A related background technology is Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1110791 (January 20, 2012, Title of Invention: Band Cable Assembly).
