Description

JIG DEVICE FOR BAND CABLE FIXING The present invention relates to a jig device for fixing a band cable, and more specifically, to a jig device for fixing a band cable in which the position of the band cable connected to the fixing guide can be adjusted by fixing the main body part so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member mounted on the assembly plate by a position moving fixing part. Generally, a wire harness refers to a set of cables that conduct electricity in automobiles or various electrical devices. These wire harnesses utilize low-voltage wires for automobiles and thin-walled low-voltage wires for automobiles, and heat-resistant low-voltage wires for automobiles are also used to cope with the high temperatures in the engine room. In addition, the use of noise-blocking twisted wires and insulated shielded wires has recently increased in response to electric vehicles. In particular, wire harness manufacturers undergo a process that includes receiving drawings from finished vehicle manufacturers to prepare the necessary manufacturing design specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM), cutting wires to the required lengths, crimping terminals using an automatic crimping machine, assembling intermediate sub-assemblies, arranging intermediate sub-assemblies in a defined form and securing them with vinyl tape or the like in the finished product assembly stage, performing circuit inspection on a separate circuit inspection jig, and finally conducting visual inspection and finishing before shipment. At this stage, the circuit inspection step involves installing jigs on the assembly plate at fixed positions and connecting band cables to the jigs to wrap the wire harnesses around them. However, since conventional jigs are fixedly installed on an assembly plate, if the position of the wire harness's fixing point changes due to design modifications, it is necessary to machine holes in the assembly plate to move the jig, which reduces work efficiency. Therefore, there is a need to improve this. As a related background technology, Korean Published Patent No. 2011-0009949 (October 20, 2011, Title: Wiring Jig Device) is disclosed.
