Claims (6)

  1. body; A support block that is provided on the body or separately located at a set position on the body and supports the terminal; An operating block connected to the above body; A reciprocating actuator that guides the above-mentioned operating block to move in a straight reciprocating motion with respect to the body; A rotation guide member that guides the above-mentioned operating block to rotate in a circumferential direction in the body; and It includes a compression block provided in the above-mentioned operating block according to a set size, which compresses the corresponding terminal seated on the above-mentioned support block after selection. The above support block comprises: a rotary pad rotatably provided on the body; and It includes a holder provided in plurality along the edge or border of the rotary pad and made of different shapes or sizes to allow the terminal of a corresponding shape or size to be seated. A rotary type crimping machine characterized in that the above-described operating block is rotated so that the corresponding crimping block is positioned on the terminal and then moves linearly.
  2. In Article 1, A standby module connected to or provided separately from the body and keeping the terminal in standby; and A rotary type press characterized by including a transfer unit provided in the body to pick up the terminals waiting in the above-mentioned waiting module one by one or in a set number and place them on the above-mentioned support block.
  3. delete
  4. In claim 1 or 2, the reciprocating actuator is, A lifting/lowering block equipped with the operating block and configured to be capable of linear reciprocating movement in a set direction relative to the above body; and A rotary type press characterized by including a lifting/lowering drive source that moves the lifting/lowering block in a straight line while fixed to the body or the lifting/lowering block.
  5. In Paragraph 4, The above-mentioned rotary guide includes a rotary drive source that transmits rotational force to the operating block while being fixedly installed on the above-mentioned lifting block, and A rotary type press characterized in that the above-mentioned lifting/lowering drive source and the above-mentioned rotary drive source are controlled by a control unit.
  6. In Clause 2, the above transfer unit is, A transfer rail extending from the above body toward the above standby module; and A rotary type crimping machine characterized by including a clamp that is configured to be reciprocally transportable along the transfer rail and unloads the terminal set in the standby module after being transported.

Description

Rotary Type Press Apparatus The present invention relates to a rotary type crimping machine, and more specifically, to a rotary type crimping machine that provides convenience in crimping operations and increases productivity by eliminating the need for manual replacement of crimping tools, such as holders or crimping blocks, depending on the shape of the terminal and the thickness of the conductor, by providing holders of different shapes and sizes along the edges of a support block that is rotatably provided and crimping blocks of different shapes or sizes along the edges of an operating block that is rotatably located on the upper part of the support block, thereby allowing the conductor of a cable seated on a terminal to be crimped and fixed by lowering the operating block while the corresponding holders and crimping blocks are arranged in a straight line. Generally, wire harnesses in which the exposed core wire is crimped into a terminal after a portion of the cable sheath has been stripped are used for vehicle wiring. At this time, the core wire of the cable is crimped into the terminal by a crimping machine. In particular, the crimping device is composed of a workbench, a support member installed on the upper surface of the workbench to support cables and terminals, a pressing member installed above the support member and operated to lift and compress the terminals onto the core wires of the cables, and a guide installed on the upper surface of the workbench to guide the lifting and lowering movement of the pressing member. As a related background technology, Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0380801 (April 4, 2003, Title: Receiving device for crimping connector and automatic crimping machine equipped therewith) has been proposed.
