Generally, coal storage and loading facilities transfer raw materials, such as coal stored in a coal yard, to coal-fired power plants or steel mills. Alternatively, coal storage and loading facilities store raw materials in a coal yard. Since raw materials such as coal are stored in coal yards, there is a problem in that personnel must directly enter the yard to extinguish the fire in the event of a fire. Specifically, it is not easy for personnel to approach the fire zone in the event of an actual fire. In addition, there is a concern regarding potential casualties due to coal ignition or combustion gases generated during a fire.
