KR-102964203-B1 - Current collection structures, batteries, and electrical devices
Abstract
The present application provides a current collection structure and relates to the technical field of manufacturing lithium-ion batteries. The current collection structure comprises a current collection member—the current collection member includes a first connecting end, a second connecting end, and a bending portion, and the bending portion connects the first connecting end and the second connecting end—; and a guide member—a weak portion is installed in the guide member, and the bending resistance strength of the weak portion is smaller than the bending resistance strength of other portions excluding the weak portion of the guide member, the guide member is combined with the current collection member, the weak portion corresponds to the position of the bending portion, and the guide member is intended to guide the positional bending of the bending portion at the weak portion. Since the bending resistance strength of the weak portion is smaller than the bending resistance strength of other regions of the guide member, in the process of performing bending on the current collection member, the guide member performs bending at the weak portion, and since the position of the weak portion corresponds to the position of the bending portion, the guide member guides the positional bending of the current collection member at the bending portion.

Description
Current collection structures, batteries, and electrical devices This application requests priority to Chinese patent application 202310732456.6, titled "Current collection structure, battery and electric device," filed on June 20, 2023, and incorporates the entire contents of said application into the text. The present application relates to the field of lithium-ion battery manufacturing technology, and specifically, to current collection structures, batteries, and electrical devices. Rechargeable batteries have already been widely used in electric vehicles, mobile installations, and various power tools due to their advantages, such as high energy density, high power density, a high number of cycles, and long storage time. Currently, in the case of batteries, since there are certain limitations on the thickness and hardness of the current collection structure when connecting the battery tab and electrode terminal using the structure, bending treatment must generally be performed on the current collection structure. To further clarify the technical methods of the embodiments of the present application, the attached drawings to be used in the embodiments are briefly introduced below. Since the attached drawings below merely illustrate some embodiments of the present application, they should not be construed as a limitation on the scope, and it should be understood that a person skilled in the art can obtain other related attached drawings based on these attached drawings without requiring creative labor.
