Description
Tension Retainer for Belt Conveyor The present invention relates to an iron fragment detection device for a belt conveyor, and more specifically, to an iron fragment detection device for a belt conveyor that prevents damage to the equipment for detecting iron fragments and prevents damage by stopping the operation of the belt conveyor when lump raw material is detected. Generally, iron fragments often detach from equipment due to aging or various other causes and become mixed into the raw materials transported by the belt conveyor system, or iron fragments become mixed into the raw materials due to other reasons. Since iron fragments mixed in raw materials can interfere with various equipment while being transported via the belt conveyor system, potentially damaging the equipment or breaking the belts, it is important to detect iron fragments from the raw materials being transported to the blast furnace by the belt conveyor system. The background technology of the present invention is disclosed in Korean Published Patent Application No. 2016-0076058 (published June 30, 2016; Title of Invention: Iron Fragment Detector for Belt Conveyor System). FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an iron piece detection device for a belt conveyor according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a detection unit according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a detection contact part according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram showing a contact roller portion according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a diagram schematically showing a middle section according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing a restoration part according to one embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, an embodiment of a metal fragment detection device for a belt conveyor according to the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. In this process, the thickness of lines or the size of components depicted in the drawings may be exaggerated for clarity and convenience of explanation. Furthermore, the terms described below are defined considering their functions in the present invention, and these may vary depending on the intention or convention of the user or operator. Therefore, the definitions of these terms should be based on the content throughout this specification. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an iron piece detection device for a belt conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 1, an iron piece detection device (1) for a belt conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a frame part (10), a belt part (20), a holder part (30), and a detection part (40). The frame section (10) is fixedly installed on a fixed object such as the ground and can be positioned horizontally or at an angle as needed. A pair of frame sections (10) can be positioned to face each other. The belt section (20) can be mounted on the frame section to move the transported goods. For example, the belt section (20) may include a belt pulley section (21) that is rotatably mounted on the frame section (10) and a belt conveyor section (22) that is wound around the belt pulley section (21) and moves in an endless track manner to move the transported goods. The holder portion (30) can be mounted on the frame portion (10). For example, the holder portion (30) can be fixedly installed on the outer surface of the frame portion (10). The holder portion (30) has a vertical length, and the belt conveyor portion (22) can be positioned on the inner side of the frame portion (10) so that the belt conveyor portion (22) does not interfere with the vertical line of the holder portion (30). The detection unit (40) is rotatably mounted on the holder unit (30) and positioned above the belt unit (20) to detect iron pieces (100) mixed in the transported material. For example, the detection unit (40) can detect iron pieces (100) moving downward by the belt unit (20) and notify the worker. Also, when a large iron piece (100) comes into contact with the detection unit (40), the detection unit (40) may rotate due to being pushed by the iron piece (100). FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing a detection unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 2, a detection unit (40) according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a detection rotation unit (41) and a detection detection unit (42). The detection rotation part (41) can be rotatably mounted on the holder part (30). For example, the detection rotation part (41) is inserted into the holder part (30) which has an open upper side, and can be rotated inside the holder part (30) by an external force. A bearing may be placed between the detection rotation part (41) and the holder part (30) to ensure smooth rotation. T
