Description

Flame retardant styrofoam processing equipment The present invention relates to a flame-retardant styrofoam processing device, and more specifically, to a flame-retardant styrofoam processing device capable of transporting flame-retardant styrofoam to a designated location and smoothly cutting and processing it. In general, styrofoam is widely used as a building material, such as for insulation and soundproofing. As such styrofoam is vulnerable to fire and has emerged as a cause of safety accidents, the demand for flame-retardant styrofoam as a building material is continuously increasing due to the mandatory use of flame-retardant (non-combustible) insulation materials. However, conventionally, styrofoam is cut according to specifications while generating heat by supplying electricity to a nichrome wire (heating wire), but unlike this, flame-retardant styrofoam has a structural problem in that it cannot be cut using a nichrome wire. In addition, the increased cutting time of flame-retardant styrofoam resulted in a problem that lowered work efficiency. In addition, the transportation and cutting of flame-retardant styrofoam became cumbersome and inconvenient. FIG. 1 is a front view illustrating the configuration of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a plan view illustrating the configuration of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a side view illustrating the configuration of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a perspective view taken from the front to show the configuration of the cutting unit in the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view taken from the rear to show the configuration of the cutting unit in the present invention. FIGS. 6 to 8 are reference drawings for showing the operating state of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention. The structure for achieving the objectives of the present invention as described above will be explained in more detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows. FIG. 1 is a front view showing the configuration of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the configuration of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a side view showing the configuration of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a perspective view viewed from the front showing the configuration of the cutting unit in the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view viewed from the rear showing the configuration of the cutting unit in the present invention, and FIG. 6 to 8 are reference drawings showing the operating state of the flame-retardant styrofoam processing device of the present invention. The present invention comprises: a main body (110) having a table (111) for placing flame-retardant styrofoam (A) in the center; a cutting unit (120) formed to cut flame-retardant styrofoam (A) to a certain thickness using a plurality of rotating saw blades (123) while moving along the longitudinal direction of the table (111); and a conveying unit (130) formed to convey flame-retardant styrofoam (A) and cut flame-retardant styrofoam (B) to a designated position on one or both sides of the upper part of the main body (110). In particular, the table (111) can cut the flame-retardant styrofoam (A) to a certain thickness (width) while the cutting unit (120) moves in the forward and backward directions with the flame-retardant styrofoam (A) placed on its upper surface. Here, a plurality of clearance spaces (111a) are formed so that a plurality of the saw blades (123) can move forward and backward without interference along the longitudinal direction of the table (111). That is, the lower part of the saw blade (123) is located at the lower part of the table (111), and the upper part passes through the gap (111a) and moves along the length of the table (111) in a vertically upright position, allowing the flame-retardant styrofoam (A) to be cut smoothly. At this time, it is natural that the width of the above-mentioned clearance space (111a) is formed wider than the thickness of the above-mentioned saw blade (123), and the number of formed spaces is also provided to be the same as the number of above-mentioned saw blades (123). Additionally, it may include a first support part (112) for holding flame-retardant styrofoam (A) on one side of the main body (110); and a second support part (113) for holding cut flame-retardant styrofoam (B) on the other side of the main body (110). Here, the first support member (112) and the second support member (113) are formed to have a certain width and height so that flame-retardant styrofoam (A) and cut flame-retardant styrofoam (B) can be stably seated. In addition, a conveyor (140) is formed in the longitudinal direction at the bottom of t
