Description

Foundation Cover Device for Ground Equipment for Distribution The present invention relates to a base cover device for power distribution ground equipment. Above-ground power supply equipment consists of a metal enclosure containing built-in power facilities mounted on a foundation, and power lines extending from the enclosure are connected underground through the hollow sections of the foundation. The foundation is constructed of concrete or blocks to form a hollow rectangular shape. Conventional foundations are installed along roadsides, and since rough concrete or blocks are exposed to the outside, they not only fail to visually harmonize with surrounding road facilities but are also susceptible to damage from collisions with passing vehicles or objects. Furthermore, if damaged ground equipment is left unattended, it can become a factor that detracts from the streetscape. Meanwhile, it takes a long time to install ground equipment after the foundation is installed. For this reason, the hollow parts or floor surfaces inside the foundation may be exposed to the outside; if these are covered by temporary measures, problems such as leakage in power lines may occur, and it is also aesthetically unpleasing. The top of the foundation must maintain a height of approximately 50 mm above the ground surface. Currently, there are no safety standards for when ground equipment is not installed on the top of the foundation. Furthermore, steel plates are installed in locations where ground equipment has not been installed for a long period after the foundation is installed, leading to accidents where the general public trips over protrusions. Additionally, if the steel plates are installed for an extended period, they may be damaged by corrosion and their aesthetics may be compromised. Therefore, there is a need for the technological development of a foundation cover device that can safely cover the foundation. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating the coupling relationship of a base cover device for a power distribution ground equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the state in which a base cover device for a power distribution ground equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on the upper part of a base. The technical terms used herein are for the reference of specific embodiments only and are not intended to limit the invention. The singular forms used herein include plural forms unless phrases clearly indicate otherwise. The meaning of "comprising" as used in the specification specifies a particular characteristic, area, integer, step, action, element, and/or component, and does not exclude the presence or addition of other particular characteristic, area, integer, step, action, element, component, and/or group. Unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein, including technical and scientific terms, have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which this invention pertains. Terms defined in commonly used dictionaries are further interpreted to have meanings consistent with relevant technical literature and the present disclosure, and are not interpreted in an ideal or highly formal sense unless otherwise defined. For example, the term "applied" described below is interpreted to include both the state in which it is appropriately used and the state prior to appropriate use. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings so that those skilled in the art can easily implement the present invention. However, the present invention may be embodied in various different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described herein. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating the coupling relationship of a base cover device for a power distribution ground equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating the state in which a base cover device for a power distribution ground equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed on the upper part of a base. Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a base cover device for a power distribution ground equipment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cover part (100) that is provided in a foldable structure on the upper part of a base (20) for power distribution ground equipment and covers the base (20), and can safely cover the upper part of the base (20), thereby preventing safety accidents for the general public and workers in the area that take a long time from the installation of the base (20) until the installation of the ground equipment. Here, the base (20) is assumed to have a general structure in which it is formed as a hollow rectangle with an empty interior by masonry of concrete or blocks on the ground (10), and the concrete blocks are partially exposed to the outside of the
