Description
Curtain Airbag Mounting Device {APPARATUS FOR MOUNTING CURTAIN AIRBAG} The present invention relates to a curtain airbag mounting device for mounting a curtain airbag to a vehicle body. Vehicles are equipped with various airbags to protect occupants from collisions. Among these airbags, curtain airbags protect occupants from lateral impacts or debris generated from the side during a collision. These curtain airbags extend along the roof side rails of the vehicle body and are mounted to the roof side rails via tabs provided on the curtain airbags. Here, the curtain airbags are installed on the vehicle body side by fastening bolts and washers to the tabs. However, conventional curtain airbags have a problem in that they rotate around the bolted portion. In other words, if rotation of the curtain airbag around the bolt mounted on the tab is permitted, the airbag cannot deploy to the correct position upon deployment, and installation performance is also degraded. The matters described above as background technology are intended only to enhance understanding of the background of the present invention and should not be construed as an acknowledgment that they constitute prior art already known to those skilled in the art. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a curtain airbag. FIGS. 2 and 3 are drawings showing a curtain airbag mounting device according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a drawing showing the mounting tab of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a drawing showing the fixing clip of the present invention. Hereinafter, a curtain airbag mounting device according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be examined with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a curtain airbag, FIG. 2 to 3 are drawings showing a curtain airbag mounting device according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a mounting tab of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing showing a fixing clip of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the curtain airbag mounting device according to the present invention comprises: a mounting tab (110) provided on a curtain airbag (100) and having a mounting hole (111) formed therein; and a fixing clip (200) comprising a body portion (210) that is supported on the front of the mounting tab (110) when fastened to the mounting tab (110), and a hook portion (220) that extends from the body portion (210) to pass through the mounting hole (111) and is supported on the rear of the mounting tab (110). Here, the mounting tabs (110) are configured in multiple numbers along the longitudinal direction of the curtain airbag (100), and each mounting tab (110) has a mounting hole (111) formed therein. The fixing clip (200) is fastened to the mounting hole (111) of the mounting tab (110) so that the mounting tab (110) is installed on the vehicle body side. This fixing clip (200) is composed of a body part (210) and a hook part (220). When the fixing clip (200) is fastened to the mounting tab (110), the hook part (220) passes through the mounting hole (111), and the body part (210) is supported on the front of the mounting tab (110) and the hook part (220) is supported on the rear of the mounting tab (110), thereby preventing detachment from the mounting tab (110). As a result, when the curtain airbag (100) is installed on the vehicle body, the mounting is completed by inserting the fixing clip (200) into the mounting tab (110), and additional parts such as a separate washer are not required, thereby reducing the weight and the number of parts. To explain the invention described above in detail, the mounting hole (111) is formed in an elliptical or polygonal shape, and the hook portion (220) of the fixing clip (200) is formed in the same shape as the mounting hole (111). In this way, the mounting hole (111) and the hook portion (220) are formed in an elliptical or polygonal shape and match each other, thereby preventing rotation when the hook portion (220) of the fixing clip (200) is inserted into the mounting hole (111). Meanwhile, regarding the fixing clip (200), as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of leg portions (211) extending diagonally from the top and bottom are formed in the body portion (210) of the fixing clip (200), so that when fastened to the mounting tab (110), the leg portions (211) come into contact with the front of the mounting tab (110). In this way, as the leg portions (211) extend from the body portion (210) of the fixing clip (200) toward the hook portion (220), when the hook portion (220) penetrates the mounting hole (111), the leg portions (211) of the body portion (210) come into contact with the front of the mounting tab (110), thereby forming a support structure. These leg portions (211) extend diagonally from the body portion (210) to increase the support force for the mounting tab (110), and as they extend in opposite directions from the top and bottom of the body portion (210), they can be supported in a balanced manner for th
