Description

Integrated Receiver Dryer for Vehicle Condenser The present invention relates to an integrated receiver dryer used in a vehicle condenser, and more specifically, to a receiver dryer for a vehicle condenser that simplifies the structure by extrusion molding in a shape including a part of an outlet header, thereby lowering the manufacturing cost and simultaneously making it lightweight. Generally, air conditioners used for cooling in various environments are equipped with a condenser that condenses the refrigerant, which is in a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous state, into a liquid state. At this time, the condenser used in the vehicle air conditioner is characterized by being configured with a flat and wide rectangular structure considering the usage environment, and as a result, the cooling efficiency can be improved by utilizing the driving airflow while installed at the front of the vehicle. In other words, the automotive condenser is configured with a rectangular structure including an inlet header, an outlet header, and multiple tubes connecting the two, allowing the refrigerant passing through the tubes to be cooled by the airflow while driving. In addition, a straight receiver dryer adjacent to the outlet header is provided so that effects such as refrigerant storage, moisture adsorption, and foreign substance removal occur internally. At this time, since the components, including the receiver dryer and outlet header, are configured to be manufactured individually and then assembled, a problem arises inevitably resulting in an increase in manufacturing costs due to the number of components and an increase in the time required for assembly. However, as confirmed in Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0994720 “Receiver Dryer of Heat Exchanger” and Korean Published Patent Publication No. 10-2022-0113273 “Connector and Vehicle Heat Exchanger Including the Same,” it can be said that the existing manufacturing method is being adhered to out of inertia without any improvement in this area. Therefore, regarding receiver dryers for automotive condensers, there is a need for an invention that can reduce manufacturing costs, simplify the assembly process, and further enable weight reduction. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an integrated receiver dryer for a vehicle capacitor according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the overall structure of a vehicle capacitor including the present invention. Figure 3 is an example diagram showing a part of the structure of a conventional receiver dryer, connector, and outlet header. FIG. 4a is an exemplary diagram showing a state in which a part of the support constituting the present invention is removed by processing. FIG. 4b is an example diagram showing a state in which a portion of the support is further removed by processing. FIGS. 5A and 5B are side views showing an integrated receiver dryer of a vehicle capacitor according to the present invention. FIG. 6 is an exemplary diagram showing a state in which a plate is coupled to a header part constituting the present invention. FIGS. 7A and FIGS. 7B are flowcharts showing the process of installing a splitter and a connector in the header section. The present invention relates to an integrated receiver dryer used in a vehicle condenser, and, The shape is configured to include a cylindrical main body (100) having a flange (101) formed so that both ends are open and a flat top surface is provided along the longitudinal direction on one side of the outer periphery, and a U-shaped header part (120) that is supported by a support (110) protruding vertically from the flange (101) and is formed with a length corresponding to that of the main body (100); a pair of communication holes (102) penetrating the main body (100) and a pair of through holes (121) penetrating the header part (120) are formed to correspond to each other along the longitudinal direction of one end, and a plurality of fitting grooves (122) into which a dividing hole (130) is fitted are formed on both sides of an opening formed in a straight line along the longitudinal direction of the header part (120). Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. First, the integrated receiver dryer of a vehicle condenser according to the present invention is characterized by being manufactured by simultaneously extruding the main body (100), the support (110), and the header part (120). That is, in the past, a method was used to connect a receiver dryer manufactured by extrusion molding and an outlet header manufactured by press molding with three connectors manufactured by extrusion molding, but the present invention is configured to manufacture the main body (100), the support (110), and the header part (120) by simultaneously extrusion molding. Therefore, the manufacturing cost is lowered, and at the same time, the assembly process can be significantl
