Description

Hand drip mimicking coffee brewing apparatus with 2-axis driving structure and precise temperature control means and method of operation The present invention relates to a hand-drip simulating coffee extraction device and a method of operation having a low-cost 2-axis drive unit and a precise temperature control means. Espresso coffee, which is typically served at coffee shops, has the advantage of being able to provide a large amount of coffee in a short time by extracting it quickly using pressure. Due to these characteristics, espresso coffee has enabled the popularization of whole bean coffee, and most coffee shops offer coffee beverages based on this espresso coffee. However, since espresso coffee is usually extracted using high-pressure steam of 9 atmospheres or more, it has the disadvantage of extracting undesirable components of the beans along with the coffee and having an overly strong bitter taste. Recently, there has been a trend among people who want to enjoy a smoother and milder-tasting coffee to switch to hand drip coffee or water drip coffee (Dutch coffee). Hand drip is a method of extraction that utilizes gravity by slowly pouring hot water over ground coffee beans, allowing for the production of coffee with a deeper and smoother flavor and aroma compared to espresso. Additionally, it offers the advantage of extracting coffee with a variety of flavors and aromas, as users can freely adjust the water temperature, volume, stream thickness, pouring time, intervals, and trajectory. However, because the hand drip method requires the user to pour the water manually, the process is cumbersome and time-consuming, making it difficult to popularize. Recently, some specialty coffee shops have been attempting to have baristas brew and serve hand drip coffee, but it remains difficult to replace espresso in terms of preparation time and cost. In a coffee maker, ground coffee is placed inside a filter, such as drip paper, which is installed in the hopper. Then, boiling water is poured into a tank that supplies it to the hopper. The boiled water is then supplied to the ground coffee in the filter, allowing the coffee to steep and be stored in the kettle located at the bottom of the maker. A heater is installed at the bottom of the kettle to maintain the coffee at a constant temperature. For example, a conventional automatic coffee drip device described in domestic registration number 10-1468906 comprises a dripper tray module fixed to one side of the exterior of a housing and having a dripper containing coffee powder seated thereon, a drip head module provided at a predetermined distance above the dripper tray module to spray water onto the dripper, and a boiler module provided inside the housing and connected to the drip head module to supply heated water to the drip head module. However, conventional automatic coffee drip devices have a limitation in that they cannot freely move the drip nozzle, making it impossible to vary the supply pattern of hot water falling from the drip nozzle into the coffee dripper. Therefore, there is a need for a coffee drip device that allows the supply pattern of hot water falling from the drip nozzle into the coffee dripper to be varied by freely moving the drip nozzle, and enables the extraction of coffee in various ways depending on the condition of the coffee beans and the user's preference. Hand-drip coffee had not been able to gain widespread popularity because it is difficult to brew coffee of a certain quality without a skilled barista. However, recently, there has been a growing trend, centered around famous franchise coffee shops, of establishments where skilled baristas serve hand-drip coffee. The demand for hand-drip coffee is expected to increase further in the future. Ideas for automated machines for brewing hand-drip coffee are also being increasingly disclosed, and Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-1934343 discloses one example. This patent discloses a hand-drip coffee brewing device comprising a device for supplying hot water for brewing coffee, a head unit for supplying hot water to a drip device, a rotating plate for rotating the drip device, and a conveying device for horizontally transporting a hot water nozzle. The device is configured so that the user can brew coffee by placing a drip server and a dripper on the rotating plate; however, if the central axes of the rotating plate, drip server, and dripper do not align, there is a problem in that the hot water drop point deviates from the correct position. In conventional hand drip coffee brewing devices, the dripper containing ground coffee beans and the drip server containing extracted coffee are placed on a rotating plate and rotate, while a hot water nozzle moves horizontally over them to drop hot water, thereby extracting the coffee. If the central axis of the dripper or drip server is misaligned with the central axis of the rotating plate, the trajectory of the hot water falling onto the
