Abstract

The present invention relates to a variable modular storage cabinet that can achieve a premium product and an aesthetic appearance by combining a plurality of vertical and horizontal members in a variable manner and by assembling a mounting holder on which a partition plate between layers is placed without exposure to the outside. The disclosed variable prefabricated storage unit is characterized by comprising: a plurality of square tubular vertical members spaced apart vertically in the left-right direction; a plurality of square tubular horizontal members spaced apart horizontally in the up-down direction, with connecting holes formed along the longitudinal direction on one side of each end thereof; a frame connector that forms an interlayer storage room by fitting and connecting one end of each of the pair of vertical members and horizontal members, wherein a pair of vertical wings with a cross cross section extending upward and downward and two horizontal wings protrude to form mutual right angles in the horizontal direction; a mounting holder having a plate body with a trapezoidal cross section, having wing pieces with both ends folded vertically upward in two stages, wherein the two wing pieces are inserted and connected to the connecting holes of the pair of horizontal members that are adjacent to each other and form right angles in the horizontal direction; and a partition plate in which a corner portion is seated on the mounting holder with a trapezoidal cross section to partition the interlayer storage room.

Claims (2)

  1. Vertical members of a plurality of square tubes spaced perpendicularly with respect to the left and right directions; A plurality of horizontal bars of rectangular tubular bodies spaced apart horizontally in the vertical direction, with connecting holes formed along the longitudinal direction on one side of each end thereof; A frame connector having a pair of vertical wings with a cross-shaped cross section extending upward and downward, and two horizontal wings protruding so as to be perpendicular to each other in the horizontal direction, forming an interlayer storage room by fitting and joining to one end of each of the pair of vertical and horizontal members; A mounting holder having a plate body with a trapezoidal cross-section, having wing pieces at both ends that are folded vertically upward in two stages, wherein the two wing pieces are inserted and coupled into a coupling member of a pair of horizontal bars that are adjacent to each other and form a right angle with respect to the horizontal direction; and A variable modular storage cabinet characterized by including a partition plate in which a corner portion is seated on the upper surface of the mounting holder to partition the storage room between floors.
  2. A variable modular storage cabinet according to claim 1, characterized in that a groove is provided on the lower surface of each wing piece, formed along the longitudinal direction adjacent to the two-stage bent portion, and seated on the lower surface of the cut joint when the two wing pieces are fitted into the joint of a pair of horizontal bars to prevent detachment.

Description

Variable-size prefabricated cabinet The present invention relates to a prefabricated storage unit, and more specifically, to a variable prefabricated storage unit in which a plurality of vertical and horizontal members serving as columns are each variably assembled in vertical and horizontal directions via a plurality of frame connectors to form rectangular multi-layered storage rooms, and a plurality of mounting holders are neatly fitted and connected to a pair of horizontal members adjacent to each other at right angles to the vertical members without external exposure, and a plurality of inter-layer partition plates are seated on the mounting holders, thereby allowing for the storage of books, decorative items, and various other items, and furthermore, the components are easy to assemble, so the storage space can be easily expanded or reduced according to the user's intention. Generally, a storage cabinet is formed with a storage space for storing items, and the aforementioned storage space is typically one or more depending on the cabinet. Various technologies are being presented for storage cabinets intended for storing items such as collectibles or decorative objects, which feature the ability to adjust the spacing of partition panels according to the size of the items. As a representative example of conventional technology regarding lathes, Registered Utility Model No. 0228609 describes the above invention, which is characterized by a configuration in which a nut section is inserted so as to be movable at a predetermined interval within the space of the assembly section, protrudes towards the center to form an internal space, and has an elongated coupling hole drilled on the upper surface; a square nut section with a bolt hole drilled in the center and inserted so as to be movable at a predetermined interval within the space of the assembly section; and a bolt having a thin head section with a threaded section formed downward therefrom, and a polygonal head groove drilled into the head section and the threaded section, wherein the nut section is inserted into the assembly section, and each nut section of the assembly section is welded and fixed to the inner circumference of the lathe body groove, thereby enabling the bolt and nut section to be fixedly coupled when assembling the lathe body and the vertical angle body. The invention further comprises a lathe body equipped with a nut section movable within the assembly section, and a bolt having a polygonal head groove on the head section, thereby allowing the operator to manually use their fingers one by one as before during the fixed coupling operation with the vertical angle body. The present invention relates to a modular angle shelf assembly structure that simplifies the assembly process and allows for a significant increase in work productivity by enabling a worker to simply use a bolt to temporarily connect the bolt hole of the nut hole and then securely fasten it with an air fastener, without performing the cumbersome task of temporarily connecting a bolt while holding a nut, and without the square nut hole rotating within the assembly. Another prior art is Registered Patent No. 0919671 (Registration Date: September 23, 2009), which discloses a boltless assembly type shelf device. This invention comprises four vertical frames configured in an angle shape having a pair of orthogonal support members, each having a plurality of hooks and fastening holes protruding inwardly from each support member and alternately having them along the longitudinal direction, wherein each hook consists of a locking part protruding vertically from the support member and a pressing part bent horizontally at the tip of the locking part to grip a horizontal frame in cooperation with the support member; It includes an assembly hole having a vertical upper slit through which a hook passes and into which a hook's catch portion is inserted at the upper center, and a plurality of lower slits formed at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction so as to be inserted from the bottom so as to be placed on the same vertical line as the upper slit and into which a hook's catch portion is inserted, and a plurality of horizontal frames having a support flange at the top to connect two adjacent vertical frames, each having a plurality of fastening holes at regular intervals between the assembly hole and the lower slits; and a shelf plate placed on a plurality of horizontal frame support flanges joined to the vertical frames at the same level. Another related technology is disclosed in Public Patent No. 10-2005-0078911 (August 8, 2005). The invention relates to a shelf support for a prefabricated lathe device in which angle posts having fastening slots in the longitudinal direction are arranged in a square space and a shelf plate is horizontally mounted within the space formed by them, and which is mounted on each angle post to support the shelf plate. The invention comprises
