Description

Educational Measurement Equipment for Secondary Battery Characteristics The present invention relates to a characteristic measuring device for a secondary battery for learning purposes. A secondary battery is a battery that can be reused through charging and discharging. To verify the lifespan or condition of a secondary battery, it is necessary to measure its characteristics, such as the charge rate, output voltage, and current. Furthermore, the basic unit of a secondary battery is a cell, and multiple secondary battery cells are assembled inside the same frame to form a secondary battery module. Multiple secondary battery modules are then combined to form a single secondary battery pack that is finally installed in a product. Therefore, to determine the effective characteristics of a secondary battery, it is necessary to measure the characteristics of the secondary battery module as well as the secondary battery cell. However, the following problems occur in the characteristic equipment of secondary batteries according to conventional technology. First, conventional methods merely check the current state of a secondary battery and do not consider measuring its characteristics while varying the state of the secondary battery in various ways. In particular, to measure the characteristics of a secondary battery for educational purposes, learners can more easily grasp the characteristics of the secondary battery by measuring its characteristics while varying the state of the secondary battery, not just its current state, but the current situation does not provide this. Furthermore, conventional systems are configured to allow only the measurement of characteristics targeting a single secondary battery cell, module, or pack. Consequently, since testing of various types of secondary batteries is not possible, there are limitations on their use, particularly for educational purposes.
