Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of a filling mattress. Specifically, it provides a stable wire drawing reinforced filling mattress comprising a bed body, wherein a main air chamber and two auxiliary air chambers are installed inside the bed body, both of which are connected to the main air chamber, and the two fixed layers inside the main air chamber are connected by a plurality of wire drawing. The present invention improves the overall structural strength of the mattress by using wire drawing to connect the bed surface of the mattress to the bed base, and further improves the stability of the mattress by installing two auxiliary air chambers at the corners of the upper and lower ends of the bed body.

Description

High stability wire drawing reinforced filling mattress The present invention relates to the field of filling mattress technology, and in particular to a wire-drawing reinforced filling mattress with high stability. Inflatable mattresses are portable sleeping products that are lightweight, easy to carry, and widely used for various purposes such as outdoor camping, emergency family accommodation, temporary living spaces, and travel lodging due to their rapid charging and discharging characteristics. Conventional inflatable mattresses provide support using only a single main air chamber; while this design can provide a basic sleeping platform after filling, it lacks sufficient internal support and stability at the edges. When a user lies on the mattress, particularly at the edges or while tossing and turning, they feel as though the mattress is shaking or partially sinking, which affects the quality of sleep. To solve the above problems, the inventor designed a rechargeable mattress. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a wire drawing reinforced type filling mattress with high stability according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the bed body of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an enlarged perspective cross-sectional view of the bed body of the present invention. Figure 4 is an enlarged view of part A of Figure 3. FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram of the three-dimensional structure of the two layers of fixed layers and wire drawing of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the top surface structure of the air valve of the present invention. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the side structure of the air valve of the present invention. FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the air valve of the present invention. FIG. 9 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the air valve of the present invention in the exhaust state.
