KR-20260000593-U - Swimming kickboard with adjustable distance between the front kickboard member and the rear kickboard member where the chinrest is formed
Abstract
The present invention relates to a swimming kickboard equipped with a chin rest that allows for the distance between a front kickboard member and a rear kickboard member with a chin rest formed thereon to be adjustable, so that through structural modification of the kickboard, it can be used as a kickboard for general purposes, as well as allowing patients with herniated discs or those with neck pain to swim comfortably without feeling neck pain, and allowing swimming beginners to practice kicking safely and hygienically without inhaling contaminated water during breathing. Specifically, the invention comprises forming an insertion groove extending inward from the rear end of the front kickboard member, providing a connector that can be inserted and removed from the insertion groove, and providing a rear kickboard member with a chin rest formed at one end of the connector, thereby allowing people with neck discomfort or swimming beginners to adjust the distance between the front kickboard member and the rear kickboard member with a chin rest formed thereon to support their chin according to the user's body type. In addition, when the chin rest is not used, the rear kick plate member can be inserted into the insertion groove and pressed against the front kick plate member using a detachable connector, and then used.

Description
Swimming kickboard with adjustable distance between the front kickboard member and the rear kickboard member where the chinrest is formed The present invention relates to a swimming kickboard equipped with a chin rest that allows for distance adjustment between a front kickboard member and a rear kickboard member with a chin rest formed thereon. More specifically, the invention relates to a swimming kickboard equipped with a chin rest that allows for distance adjustment between a front kickboard member and a rear kickboard member with a chin rest formed thereon by providing a connecting body formed such that a plurality of pipe bodies are inserted and removed in an antenna-like manner from the front kickboard member to the rear kickboard member with a chin rest formed thereon. This enables the distance between the front kickboard and the chin rest formed on the rear kickboard member to be adjusted, thereby allowing the user to swim comfortably without straining the neck by relying on the chin rest even in cases of cervical disc herniation, and also allows beginners to kick while breathing comfortably by preventing water from being inhaled into the mouth. 0002 In general, a kickboard is an auxiliary tool needed for kicking in swimming, and it is essential for swimming training where one holds the kickboard, extends both arms, lifts the face, and kicks the water with the feet to move forward. Since a kickboard must provide buoyancy to the swimmer, it is made of a plate-like structure of materials such as plastic or EVA, which have a lower density than water. 0003 When learning to swim for the first time or training your kick, you must use a swimming kickboard as a swimming aid. A swimming kickboard is a tool that generates buoyancy to help a swimmer float on the water and train their kicks. When using a swimming kickboard, you must be able to breathe naturally without inhaling water into your mouth, without straining your neck, back, or legs. 0004 When looking at the method of using conventional swimming kickboards, one must hold the kickboard with both hands and keep the neck upright. However, people with a herniated disc in the neck have to kick while feeling pain in their neck, making it difficult to kick for a long time due to the neck pain, and there was also a possibility that the herniated disc in the neck would worsen as one practiced kicking using the swimming kickboard. In addition, conventional swimming kickboards were unhygienic because water often entered the mouths of children or adults who were learning to swim for the first time. When they lifted their heads to breathe while kicking with their mouths and noses in the water, water would frequently enter through the mouths and noses, resulting in contaminated water. Therefore, there was a need for a swimming kickboard that could implement the functions sought by swimming kickboards, while also allowing adults and the elderly with neck pain and herniated discs to practice kicking comfortably for a long time without neck pain, and preventing water from entering the mouth when children or swimming beginners breathe while kicking. 0017 FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a swimming kickboard equipped with a chin rest that allows for distance adjustment between a front kickboard member and a rear kickboard member having a chin rest formed thereon.
