Description

Vehicle seat structure that changes into a bed The present invention relates to a vehicle seat structure capable of being transformed into a bed, and more specifically, to a vehicle seat structure that can be structurally changed from a vehicle seat into a bed by simple operation. Typically, car seats are designed with ergonomic volume surfaces that are recessed at the buttocks and protrude at the lumbar region to enhance seating comfort. While these ergonomic volume surfaces provide a comfortable seating experience when used as a car seat, the reality is that they fail to provide a flat bed surface when the seat is reclined and used as a bed. To resolve these inconveniences, car campers who enjoy car camping prepare a separate air mattress and place it on the floor with the seat unfolded to create a flat surface. However, as air mattresses must be custom-made according to the vehicle structure and the amount of luggage (equipment) increases, fatigue increases during the preparation process, and in particular, the thickness of the air mattress increases the height of the floor inside the vehicle, leading to the problem of the interior space becoming cramped. In accordance with the prior art disclosed in Patent Publication No. 10-2017-0001276, a technology has been disclosed comprising: a middle bed portion equipped with a cushion member; a lower bed portion equipped with a cushion member and connected to the middle bed portion via a hinge portion (HIG), which is folded into the middle bed portion based on the hinge portion (HIG) and unfolded from the middle bed portion; and an upper bed portion equipped with a cushion member and connected to the middle bed portion via a folding guide portion, which is folded into the middle bed portion based on the folding guide portion and unfolded from the middle bed portion, wherein a leg (LG) is provided in the middle bed portion, the lower bed portion, and the upper bed portion. However, this technology has the problem of being required to be provided separately from the vehicle seat, resulting in poor portability due to its large volume, and is installed spaced apart from the seat, which causes the interior space of the vehicle to become cramped and prevents the user from even assuming a seated position. In addition, to resolve the problems of the aforementioned prior art, Patent Registration No. 10-1510391 previously registered a technology comprising a main frame installed inside a vehicle, a main backrest member installed on the rear side of the main frame so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction, a subframe installed on the front side of the main frame so as to be able to move forward and backward, a seat member installed on the upper part of the subframe so as to allow a passenger in the vehicle to sit, and a sub-backrest member installed on the subframe on the rear side of the seat member so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction; however, when the sub-backrest member is rotated backward to transform into a bed shape, the volume surfaces of the seat member and the sub-backrest member are positioned on the upper surface of the bed and form a curve, resulting in the drawback of not being able to provide a comfortable sleeping surface. Meanwhile, in order to resolve the problems of the aforementioned conventional technology, a car seat technology capable of transforming into a bed was disclosed in registration number 10-2114456, which provides an ergonomic seating sensation through the volume surfaces of the seat plate and backrest when used as a car seat, and provides a comfortable sleeping surface by having multiple bed sheets unfold flat when used as a car bed. However, in order to adjust the angle of the folding plate section located at the very rear, one must insert one's hand and arm into the narrow gap between the side panel of the vehicle and the seat to pull a lever connected to a pivot hinge axis, which is inconvenient to use, and in particular, there was a problem that it was very inconvenient and difficult to open the trunk door and unfold the folding plate section from the rear of the vehicle. FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram showing the state in which the vehicle seat structure provided in the present invention is structurally modified into a vehicle chair. FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing the state in which a vehicle seat structure, which is structurally modified into a bed according to one embodiment of the present invention, is structurally modified into a bed. FIG. 3 is a configuration diagram showing the first and second lever arms of a vehicle seat structure that is structurally modified into a bed according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a configuration diagram showing a multi-lever part of a vehicle seat structure that is structurally modified into a bed according to one embodiment of the present invention. The present invention will be described in more detail below according to specific embod
