A frame structure stacking guide device including
- In paragraph 6, A frame structure stacking guide device in which the first fixed bracket and the second fixed bracket are formed with the same shape to be mutually compatible.
- In paragraph 6, A frame structure stacking guide device in which the base plate of the first fixed bracket protrudes upward by a preset height relative to the uppermost surface of the upper corner portion of the first frame structure.
- In paragraph 6, A frame structure stacking guide device in which the base plate of the second fixed bracket is inserted upward by a preset height based on the lowest lower corner portion of the second frame structure.
Description
Frame Structure Stacking Guide Device The present invention relates to a frame structure stacking guide device. Recently, the demand for low-humidity environments in production processes has been increasing. Low-humidity environments, or dry atmospheres, are primarily utilized as essential conditions in the secondary battery manufacturing process. To improve the quality and yield of products manufactured in such low-humidity environments, dry rooms that maintain a specific low-humidity atmosphere are employed. Such dry rooms are used not only in secondary battery production processes but also in hygroscopic suture manufacturing processes, freeze-drying food companies, automotive environmental laboratories, and laboratories and factories requiring low humidity conditions. Additionally, a bypass cooling unit is installed to create a clean dry room. The bypass cooling unit removes airborne particles that cause significant interference during the production process in the production equipment within the dry room. However, accurate stacking of the frame structure is crucial for installing and assembling the bypass cooling unit. Therefore, there is a need for the development of technology capable of guiding the precise joining position during the stacking of the frame structure.
