Description

Meat Roasting Apparatus Using Coal and Electricity The present invention relates to a charcoal and electric combined meat grilling device, and more specifically, to a charcoal and electric combined meat grilling device that enables meat to be cooked more quickly and deliciously by using both charcoal and electricity as a heat source for cooking meat. One of the familiar ways to enjoy meat is direct grilling. A representative method of direct grilling is cooking meat by heating it directly over charcoal. This infuses the meat with the aroma of the charcoal, providing a more flavorful texture. A truly wide variety of cooking utensils and devices have been and continue to be available on the market. All proposed cooking utensils likely have their own unique advantages. In particular, when using charcoal, the cumbersome preliminary step of lighting the charcoal is required. If charcoal is used clumsily, there may be problems such as the meat burning and not being cooked properly. In the case of general restaurants that serve meat, using charcoal requires various preparations and involves risks associated with handling it. Therefore, there are cases where the meat is grilled and then served to the table. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a charcoal and electric combined meat grilling device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view of a charcoal and electric combined meat grilling device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the heating furnace of a charcoal and electric combined meat grilling device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a side cross-sectional view of a charcoal and electric meat grilling device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a grilling plate holder according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings attached to the specification. Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 simultaneously. The charcoal and electric combined meat grilling device according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to simply as the 'meat grilling device') includes a heating furnace (1), an electric heater (12), a charcoal support, and a grilling plate holder. The heating furnace (1) provides a sealed heating space (S) and is in the shape of a box. The furnace (1) is provided with a re-outlet (17) on the lower side for discharging ash. The furnace (1) includes a furnace body (10) and a metal casing that surrounds and protects the furnace body (10). An electric heater (12) is installed inside the furnace (1) to heat the heating space (S). The electric heater (12) can be an electric rod or a heating plate. As illustrated, the electric heater (12) is installed on both the left and right sides of the furnace (1), but it can also be installed on the floor plate or ceiling. A charcoal support is installed in the heating space (S) to place charcoal (C) on. As illustrated, the charcoal support may be the bottom plate of the heating furnace (1) itself. Although not illustrated, the charcoal support may be provided in the form of a stand or a container to support the charcoal (C) while spaced apart from the bottom plate of the heating furnace (1). The grill plate holder (15) is for fixing meat in the heating space, so that the meat can be fixed on the upper part of the charcoal. The grill plate holder (15) can be provided in various ways. As illustrated, it is installed adjacent to the inner wall surface of the heating furnace (1). A grilling plate unit supported by a grilling plate holder (15) may include a grill (13) on which meat is placed as shown in FIG. 5, and an oil catcher (14) installed at the bottom of the grill (13) to receive dripping oil. The grilling plate unit may be installed in stacked layers to allow a large amount of meat (F) to be grilled simultaneously. The grilling plate unit may be provided in various forms so that the meat (F) can be placed in various ways within the heating space (S). The electric heater (12) may be exposed inside the heating space (S). However, according to an embodiment of the present invention, refractory bricks (11) are installed on the entire or part of the inner wall surface of the heating space (S), so that the electric heater (12) heats the refractory bricks (11) to heat the heating space (S). A material that emits far-infrared rays may be applied to the surface of the refractory bricks (11). By allowing far-infrared rays to be emitted into the heating space (S), the flavor of the meat (F) can be further enhanced. The far-infrared radiating material may be maifan stone. The maifan stone may be mixed in a powder state with a red clay paste, which is an adhesive means, and applied and fixed to the surface of the refractory bricks. The electric heater (12) is install
