Description

A system and method for estimating the amount of remodeling slab dismantling materials using moment calculation, and a recording medium recording a computer-readable program for executing the method The present invention relates to construction-related technology, and more specifically, to a system and method for calculating the volume of demolition related to the remodeling of apartments, etc. Unlike general new construction or reconstruction, remodeling involves structural changes or the expansion of internal residential spaces, such as an increase in the number of floors, reinforced structural standards, and changes in load paths due to the removal or installation of existing members. Therefore, a floor plan design that takes into account the amount of structural elements, such as walls and slabs, to be removed is required. Plan design candidates prepared in the early stages of the project are limited to expressing design concepts such as section division and floor layout; consequently, the project proceeds with plans that do not account for the amount of structural framework to be demolished. Meanwhile, looking at recent issues in remodeling projects, there is a trend toward proceeding with aggressive expansion designs that involve extensive structural changes and the demolition of numerous walls. Due to these structural risks, projects are failing to pass structural reviews, resulting in many cases where project plans are being re-established. In this process, a vicious cycle is repeating itself in which project costs increase due to project delays caused by the redrawing of design plans and frequent design changes.
