Abstract

The remodeling structural reinforcement quantity calculation system includes a drawing information input unit, a combined drawing generation unit, a new-old structural joint derivation unit, and a new-old structural joint reinforcement quantity calculation unit. The drawing information input unit receives drawing information including design drawings before and after remodeling, as well as drawings from the pre-remodeling design that indicate the scope of slab demolition. The combined drawing generation unit generates a combined drawing by overlaying the drawings from the drawing information. The new-old structural joint derivation unit derives the length and number of new-old structural joints from the combined drawing. Finally, the new-old structural joint reinforcement quantity calculation unit calculates the reinforcement quantity for the new-old structural joints by applying the information on the length and number of joints to a pre-set formula. With this configuration, it is possible to calculate reinforcement quantities before and after remodeling based on architectural design documents, thereby enabling decision-making based on estimation standards among various design alternatives.

Description

System and method for estimating the amount of reinforcement for a remodeling structure, and recording medium recording a computer-readable program for executing the method The present invention relates to construction-related technology, and more specifically, to a system and method for calculating the amount of structural reinforcement related to the remodeling of apartments, etc. Unlike new construction, remodeling projects involve structural reinforcement work following the removal of load-bearing walls and slabs. The volume of structural reinforcement work is determined by the amount of load-bearing walls and slabs removed and affects construction costs. However, because the standards for reinforcement methods—which are the core of the reinforcement volume calculation method—vary among designers, there are significant differences in the amount of structural reinforcement required. In addition, although a method for automatically calculating the volume of apartment remodeling has been developed, existing technology only allows for a simple comparison of increases and decreases by calculating the volume of the frame before and after remodeling, and there is currently no method to calculate the volume of frame reinforcement that reflects the removal of load-bearing walls and slabs before and after remodeling. FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a system for calculating the quantity of remodeling frame reinforcement according to one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for calculating the quantity of remodeling frame reinforcement according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 is a diagram illustrating the process of the frame reinforcement quantity calculation algorithm. FIG. 4 is a drawing image according to the shape of the member and the distinction between whether the frame is retained. FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating an example of deriving a common outline between color outlines. Figure 6 is a drawing illustrating the process of calculating boundary line lengths and locations. Figure 7 is a table of the formula for calculating the reinforcement quantity of the frame at the new and old slab joint. Figure 8 is a table of the formula for calculating the amount of structural reinforcement for the joint between the old and new walls. Figure 9 is a table of the formula for calculating the amount of reinforcement for openings. Figure 10 is a table of the formula for calculating the reinforcement quantity for the existing slab-new wall joint. FIG. 11 is a drawing for the analysis of an implementation example of side wall reinforcement. Figure 12 is a table of the formula for calculating the reinforcement quantity for the existing slab-new wall joint. FIG. 13 is a table of the formula for calculating the amount of carbon fiber reinforcement in existing slabs. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a system for calculating the quantity of remodeling frame reinforcement according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a method for calculating the quantity of remodeling frame reinforcement according to one embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the remodeling frame reinforcement quantity calculation system includes a drawing information input unit (110), a combined drawing generation unit (120), a new and old frame joint part derivation unit (130), a new and old frame joint part reinforcement quantity calculation unit (140), and a reinforcement quantity calculation unit (150) for parts of the existing frame lacking load-bearing capacity. Additionally, the existing frame strength deficiency area reinforcement amount calculation unit (150) again includes a side wall position identity determination unit (151), a side wall length calculation unit (152), a side wall increase reinforcement amount calculation unit (153), a moment change area calculation unit (154), a carbon fiber reinforcement area derivation unit (155), and a carbon fiber reinforcement amount calculation unit (156). The drawing information input unit (110) receives drawing information including design drawings before and after remodeling and a drawing showing the slab demolition range in the design drawing before remodeling, the combined drawing generation unit (120) generates a combined drawing by overlaying the drawings of the drawing information, and the new-old frame joint derivation unit (130) derives the length and number of new-old frame joints from the combined drawing. The length and number of new-old frame joints (walls, slabs) are derived by overlaying the drawings before and after remodeling and the slab demolition range. To this end, the new and old frame joints are classified according to the shape of the member and whether the frame is retained in order to derive the joint length, and in the case of slabs,
