Abstract

The present invention relates to a psychological safety support service system, server, and method for job seekers, implemented to enable psychological stability, enhancement of job search efficacy, and successful re-employment by classifying job seekers based on their attributes and job preference test results and applying a corresponding psychological stability support program (i.e., a PAC (Positive Acting Choice) program). The system comprises: a job seeker terminal performing a test on the job seeker's attributes and job preference and providing the test results, after which it receives a PAC program and notifies the job seeker; a psychological stability support service server classifying job seekers based on the test results provided by the job seeker terminal, reading a PAC program corresponding to the classification, and providing it to the job seeker terminal; and a database pre-setting and storing job seeker classifications corresponding to the test results and PAC programs corresponding to the classifications.

Claims (5)

  1. A job applicant terminal that performs a test on the job applicant's attributes and occupational preferences, provides the test results, receives a PAC program, and notifies the job applicant; A psychological stability support service server that classifies job seekers based on test results provided from the job seeker terminal, reads a PAC program corresponding to the job seeker classification, and provides it to the job seeker terminal; and A psychological safety support service system for job seekers comprising a database that stores a classification of job seekers corresponding to the results of a test, and a PAC program corresponding to the classification of job seekers in advance.

An interface unit that identifies each employment candidate terminal connected via a network, receives test execution results from said employment candidate terminal, receives a PAC program, and transmits it to said employment candidate terminal; A subject classification unit that classifies employment subjects based on the test results received from the interface unit, databases them by subject identification information, and registers them; and A psychological stability support service server for job seekers comprising a program providing unit that reads a PAC program corresponding to the job seeker classification classified by the above-mentioned job seeker classification unit and transmits it to the above-mentioned interface unit.

System, server and method for providing psychologic stability supporting service of person eligible for employment The technical field of the present invention relates to a psychological safety support service system, server, and method for job seekers, and more specifically, to a psychological safety support service system, server, and method for job seekers implemented to achieve psychological stability, enhance job search efficacy, and facilitate successful re-employment by applying a corresponding psychological stability support program (i.e., a PAC (Positive Acting Choice) program) through the classification of job seekers based on their attributes and the results of a job preference test. Psychological stability support services are being provided across various fields, including daily life, accidents, and employment, due to diverse lifestyle patterns and personalization. These services measure individual stress, conduct counseling based on the measured stress index, and provide services to alleviate stress. Recently, there have been attempts to provide psychological stability support services using various types of user devices; however, technical limitations still exist in utilizing and analyzing measurement data to deliver services to users at the appropriate time. Korean Published Patent No. 10-2022-0098970 (published July 12, 2022) discloses a psychological stability service providing server, a user device, and a method for analyzing multimodal user experience data for the same, which collects multimodal user experience data based on a device worn or carried by a user, analyzes the correlations between the collected experience data to recognize stress context information regarding frequent stressful situations, and provides a preemptive psychological stability service accordingly. The invention includes a sensor unit that collects multimodal user experience data including at least one of the user's surrounding situation information, which includes time, place, temperature, and conversation partner information, and one or more of the user's physiological signal information, user behavior information, voice signal information, and voice text information; a communication module that transmits the multimodal user experience data to the psychological stability service providing server and receives a preemptive psychological stability service from the psychological stability service providing server; a memory in which an application for providing a preemptive psychological stability service is stored; and, upon executing the application stored in the memory, analyzes the correlations between the collected multimodal user experience data to determine whether the user is in a stressful situation, and if it is determined that the user is in a stressful situation, the stress The disclosed technology includes a processor that receives and executes a preemptive psychological stability service based on stress context information corresponding to the situation, and is characterized in that the stress context information regarding the stress situation occurring to the user is recognized based on the frequency pattern of the stress situation. According to the disclosed technology, the system is characterized by including: an input unit for inputting counseling content for the user's mental health treatment; a classification unit for classifying counseling means of the counseling content input from the input unit; an analysis unit for analyzing counseling methods based on results derived from the classification unit; and a reflection unit for reflecting the user's psychological state and counseling methods analyzed by the analysis unit. This enables more effective mental health treatment through real-time analysis of the user's psychological state, enhances the effectiveness of mental health treatment by utilizing counseling means preferred by the user, and allows for more accurate analysis of the user's psychological state through the analysis of the user's behavior.
