Abstract

The present invention relates to a switch bending head device for processing pipe material, comprising: a main body (10) having a station (11) that performs two-axis movement on the front; a main block (20) mounted on the station (11) via an inversion actuator (21) and rotatably supporting a vertical axis (23) at its tip; a sub-convex (30) fixed to the main block (20) so as to face the vertical axis (23) and causing relative movement of a first clamp (31) with respect to a bending die (25); and a movable block (40) integrally rotatably connected to the vertical axis (23) and causing relative movement of a second clamp (41) with respect to the bending die (25). Accordingly, when producing workpieces with relatively complex three-dimensional shapes by feeding pipe materials into the mass production site, it is possible to minimize or eliminate worker intervention while improving quality and productivity based on the reliability of the continuous process.

Description

Switchable bending head apparatus for processing pipes The present invention relates to a pipe processing device, and more specifically, to a switch bending head device for pipe processing to produce a workpiece of a relatively complex shape by feeding a pipe material in mass production. Typically, pipe (tube) bending devices are widely used in various industrial fields, including general manufacturing, plumbing, automotive, and construction. Manual bending devices are used for DIY projects or custom furniture production based on their simple and inexpensive structure. However, for workpieces with three-dimensional shapes rather than two, it is preferable to use automatic bending devices to save labor and improve precision. In this case, functional features that minimize or eliminate operator intervention are preferred. Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 1062267 (Prior Art 1) and Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 2052030 (Prior Art 2) are known as prior art documents that can be referenced in relation to pipe bending. Prior art 1 includes a bending drive unit composed of a model body consisting of a rotating plate and the outer shape of a product, and a clamp that fixes a steel tube body to the rotating plate; a mandrel drive unit in which a mandrel inserted inside the steel tube body is connected to a piston of a cylinder; a support roller that guides the steel tube body and a pressure member for holding the steel tube body. Accordingly, the preparation process for bending is simplified, and improved workability and productivity are expected. Prior art document 2 includes: a pipe supply unit for supplying a pipe to be bent; a guide roller unit having a guide roller that supports the bottom surface of the pipe supplied on a second main body frame on the opposite side of the pipe supply unit; and a bending unit that bends the pipe supplied while being conveyed and rotated on one side of the second main body frame. Accordingly, the effect of securing high reliability in large pipe bending is expected. However, according to the aforementioned prior art, there is a need for improvement in that it is insufficient for mass-producing three-dimensional shaped workpieces. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the overall configuration of the device according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is a front view showing the main parts of a device according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a side view showing the main parts of the device according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a rear view diagram showing the main parts of the device according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a configuration diagram showing the main operation of the device according to the present invention. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the attached drawings. The present invention proposes a switch bending head device for processing pipe materials. The device is intended for mass production to feed pipe materials and produce workpieces with relatively complex shapes, but is not necessarily limited thereto. Various pipe materials, such as steel, copper, and aluminum, can be used. The main body (10) according to the present invention has a structure having a station (11) that performs two-axis movement on the front. Referring to FIG. 1, a station (11), a controller (13), etc., constituting the main body (10) are shown together with a workpiece (15). The station (11) is mounted on the front of the main body (10) to enable vertical movement (Z-axis) and horizontal movement (Y-axis). The movement of the station (11) can be implemented by connecting a ball screw-nut block or a rack-pinion to an LM guide. The controller (13) is connected to the main components described later and proceeds with the process according to a set algorithm (sequence). In addition, the main body (10) is equipped with a feeder (not shown) that clamps a straight pipe material, feeds it in the X-axis direction in units of set length, and rotates it around the axis center. The workpiece (15) exemplified in the present invention has a three-dimensional shape having four bending parts (R1), (R2), (R3), and (R4), but is not limited thereto and various three-dimensional shapes are possible. The dimensions of the first bending part (R1) and the fourth bending part (R4) are the same, and the dimensions of the second bending part (R2) and the third bending part (R3) are also the same. In this case, as described below, the four bending parts (R1), (R2), (R3), and (R4) are formed sequentially and continuously. In addition, according to the present invention, a main block (20) that rotatably supports a vertical axis (23) at the tip is mounted on the station (11) via an inversion actuator (21).
