KR-20260062337-A - shoes with detachable anti-slip devices
Abstract
The present invention relates to a shoe in which an anti-slip device is detachably coupled, and the purpose thereof is to provide a shoe in which an anti-slip device is detachably coupled, so that the anti-slip device of a specific structure having a non-slip surface is selectively coupled to and detached from the shoe, thereby enabling safe walking even on snowy or icy roads. To this end, a shoe having a detachably coupled anti-slip device according to the present invention comprises a shoe and an anti-slip device that is selectively coupled to and separated from the sole of the shoe; wherein the shoe is configured such that a locking portion is formed along the edge of the upper through the sole, and a coupling groove of a certain length is formed horizontally along both sides from the rear end of the sole; and the anti-slip device is configured such that it is formed as a body having a shape corresponding to that which surrounds the bottom surface and sides of the sole of the shoe, and a locking portion that engages with the locking portion of the shoe is formed along both sides from the upper end of the front end of the body, and a coupling means is provided at the rear side of the body to penetrate the body and be fitted into and fixed in the coupling groove of the shoe, and a plurality of non-slip members are installed on the lower surface of the body.

Description
Shoes with detachable anti-slip devices The present invention relates to a shoe in which an anti-slip device is detachably coupled, and more specifically, to a shoe in which an anti-slip device of a specific structure having a non-slip means on the bottom surface is selectively coupled to the shoe so as to enable safe walking on snowy or icy roads. Generally, when snow accumulates on roads or water freezes as the temperature drops during the winter, forming ice, pedestrians walking on the snow or ice experience significant inconvenience. In particular, the elderly and children, who have reduced motor skills, are at risk of slipping and falling more easily than the general public on snow or ice, and consequently, fractures of specific parts of the body or other injuries frequently occur. Accordingly, various shoes are formed as an integrated structure with specific structures or materials to prevent slipping, or a separate anti-slip device is attached to assist walking on snow or ice. However, regarding the anti-slip means provided in conventional shoes as described above, the anti-slip means provided as an integrated structure in the shoe has a problem in that it increases the weight of the shoe and can damage the road surface even during normal times when not walking on snow or ice, and consequently, the range of use of the shoe is very limited. In addition, when using a separate anti-slip device attached to the shoe, the attachment and detachment process is very cumbersome, causing inconvenience to the user. Furthermore, when wearing the anti-slip device for a long time or walking, random movement occurs, resulting in the problem of having to repeatedly reattach it. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the appearance of a shoe in which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled. FIGS. 2 and 3 are exploded perspective views showing the configuration of a shoe and an anti-slip device provided in a shoe to which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled. FIGS. 4 and 5 are exploded perspective views of an anti-slip device provided in a shoe to which the anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled. FIGS. 6 and 7 are a side view and a plan view showing the process of combining and separating a shoe and an anti-slip device provided in a shoe to which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably combined. Hereinafter, the present invention configured as described above will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the exterior of a shoe to which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled; FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 are exploded perspective views showing the configuration of a shoe and an anti-slip device provided in a shoe to which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled; FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 are exploded perspective views of an anti-slip device provided in a shoe to which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled; FIG. 6 and FIG. 7 are a side view and a plan view showing the coupling and separation process of a shoe and an anti-slip device provided in a shoe to which an anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled. First, the shoe having a detachably coupled anti-slip device according to the present invention is provided so that a pedestrian can walk safely without slipping on snowy or icy roads by easily attaching the anti-slip device (30) of a specific structure, which has a non-slip means on the bottom surface, to the shoe (10) for use on snowy or icy roads. To this end, the shoe to which the anti-slip device according to the present invention is detachably coupled is configured so that an anti-slip device (30) of a specific structure can be conveniently coupled and detached from the shoe (10), such as a dress shoe. The above shoe (10) is a known shoe such as a shoe comprising an insole, a midsole (not shown), a sole (14), and an upper (12), and is provided with a locking part (16) formed through the sole (14) that runs along the edge of the upper (12) of the shoe for joining and separating the anti-slip device (30), and a joining groove (18) of a certain length is formed in a horizontal direction along both sides from the rear end of the sole (14) and is formed to a certain depth. Additionally, a recessed groove (20) is formed with a certain depth and area in the rear central portion of the bottom surface of the shoe sole (14) for a secure connection with the anti-slip device (30), and a pair of fixed protrusions (22) having a circular shape are formed protruding from the center of the recessed groove (20). In addition, a ∩-shaped groove (24) is formed by being recessed at a point spaced apart from the outer edge of the above-mentioned concave groove (20), and the above-mentioned ∩-shaped groove (24) can serve as a c
