Abstract

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted therein, which prevents shrinkage of the shoe sole by configuring a reinforcing material inside the foamed shoe sole, allows the foamed shoe sole to be formed high with a small amount of resin, thereby reducing weight and providing convenience of use. The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole (10) by comprising a lower mold (110) having the shape of a shoe sole (112) inside and an upper mold (120) formed to cover the upper part of the lower mold (110), comprising: a step (S100) of forming a foamed resin by mixing a resin and a foaming agent to fill the shape of the shoe sole (112) of the lower mold (110); and a reinforcing material fixing step (S200) of positioning a reinforcing material (20, 20') inside the shape of the shoe sole (112) formed inside the lower mold (110). The method is characterized by including: a mold preparation step (S300) for positioning the upper mold (120) on the upper part of the lower mold (110); a filling step (S400) for filling the interior of the lower mold (110) with a foamed resin mixed with a resin and a foaming agent; a foaming step (S500) for foaming the foamed resin filled in the interior of the lower mold (110); and a demolding step (S600) for separating the lower mold (110) and the upper mold (120) to demold the foamed shoe sole (10) once the foaming is completed.

Description

Manufacturing method of foam shoe window into which anti-shrinkage reinforcement material is inserted The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted therein. More specifically, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted therein that prevents shrinkage of the shoe sole by configuring the reinforcing material inside the foamed shoe sole, allows the foamed shoe sole to be formed high with a small amount of resin, thereby reducing weight and providing convenience of use. In general, injection-molded one-piece foam shoes are widely used recently because the manufacturing method is simple and mass production is possible. In particular, foam shoes manufactured using PVC as the main material are widely used due to their advantages such as a soft touch, excellent flexibility, and low price, but there was a problem that using foam shoes was somewhat inconvenient because the weight of the main material, PVC, was heavy. In addition, foam shoes are manufactured by injecting a measured amount of injection molded material into a mold having the shape of a shoe and foaming it. Regarding patents for foam shoe soles, there are Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0154397 regarding a "method for manufacturing a shoe outsole," Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0220077 regarding a "method for manufacturing a rubber-based foam with excellent shock absorption," and Korean Registered Patent Publication No. 10-0357907 regarding a "foam composition for shoe outsoles." The above-mentioned foamed shoe sole is completed in the shape of a foamed shoe sole as the injection molded material adheres to the inner surface of the mold while foaming; however, there was a problem that degraded product quality because shrinkage occurred during foaming even when a precise amount of injection molded material was injected. Here, although it is possible to compensate for shrinkage by injecting more than the specified amount of injection molded material into the interior of the mold and causing foaming, the current situation is that this method cannot be used because injecting more than the specified amount results in significant material waste and reduces smooth foaming, thereby lowering product quality. FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing illustrating the process of a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating a reinforcing material in a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, FIGS. 1 to 3, and the same reference numerals are used for components performing the same function in FIGS. 1 to 3. Meanwhile, in the drawings and detailed description, detailed descriptions and drawings of specific technical configurations and operations of elements not directly related to the technical features of the present invention have been omitted, and only the technical configurations related to the present invention have been briefly illustrated or described. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a method for manufacturing a foamed shoe sole with a shrinkage-preventing reinforcing material inserted according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is carried out through a mold comprising a lower mold (110) having the shape of a shoe sole (112) inside and an upper mold (120) formed to cover the upper part of the lower mold (110), comprising: a step (S100) of forming a foamed resin by mixing a resin and a foaming agent to fill the shoe sole (112) shape of the lower mold (110); a reinforcing material fixing step (S200) of positioning a reinforcing material (20, 20') inside the shoe sole (112) shape formed inside the lower mold (110); a mold sealing step (S300) of positioning the upper mold (120) on the upper part of the lower mold (110); and a filling step (S400) of filling the foamed resin mixed with the resin and foaming agent into the interior of the lower mold (110). The method comprises a foaming step (S500) for foaming the foamed resin filled inside the lower mold (110), and a demolding step (S600) for separating the lower mold (110) and the upper mold (120) to demold the foamed shoe sole (10) once foaming is complete.
