Claims (5)

  1. Mounted on the inner surface of a bumper including a front bumper and a rear bumper, and combined with a sensor to enable the installation of a sensor on said bumper, A mounting plate having a contact surface that adheres to the inner surface of the bumper, and a fitting hole provided that communicates with an exposed opening formed in the shape of a through hole in the bumper; A fixing rim that is formed protruding from one side of a mounting plate defining the above-mentioned fitting hole, is formed in a shape corresponding to the exposure hole of the bumper and is fitted into the exposure hole, and forms a communication hole that communicates with the fitting hole and the outside and exposes a sensor inserted into the fitting hole to the outside; and A sensor bracket device comprising: a support rim provided on the opposite side of the fixed rim with the mounting plate in between, protruding from the other side of the mounting plate that defines the fitting hole, communicating with the fitting hole and forming a through hole that enables the entry of a sensor toward the fitting hole, and supporting a sensor inserted into the fitting hole through the through hole.
  2. In paragraph 1, The above support forest is, A sensor bracket device characterized by the width of the through hole being formed longer than the width of the insertion hole, thereby forming a catch on the sensor between the through hole and the insertion hole.
  3. In paragraph 1, A sensor bracket device further comprising: a connector formed protruding from the above-mentioned support rim, forming an installation space in which a sensor housing is disposed and communicates with the above-mentioned passage, and having a binding means for binding with the housing provided facing each other.
  4. In paragraph 1, The above connector is, A sensor bracket device formed protruding from the outer surface of a support rim that defines a passage, spaced apart from the passage to form a gap, and provided along the circumferential direction of the passage to form a catch that catches the housing of the sensor between the passage and the installation space.
  5. In paragraph 4, It further includes an installation means that allows the inner surface and the contact surface to be in contact before performing a bonding process to fix a mounting plate to the inner surface of the bumper. The above installation means is, A sensor bracket device having one side exposed to the outside after passing through the installation space and communication hole, and having a protruding part formed along the circumferential direction on the outer surface and engaging with a locking tab between the passage hole and the insertion hole, such that when pressure is applied from the other side to the one side, the protruding part presses against the locking tab, thereby fixing the mounting plate in position on the inner side.

Description

Sensor bracket device The present invention relates to a sensor bracket device, and more specifically, to a sensor bracket device with an improved structure that can be applied to bumpers of various vehicles and allows a sensor unit to be stably installed on the bumper. Recently released vehicles are equipped with sensor units that detect the front and rear of the vehicle on their front and rear bumpers. These sensor units consist of a sensor section mounted on the bumper and a control section and a display section installed inside the vehicle. Input signals regarding objects detected by the sensor section are converted into voice or text signals by the control section and output through the display section. The sensor unit included in the sensor unit of the parking assist system emits ultrasonic waves to an object (object to be detected) and receives ultrasonic waves reflected from the object, thereby enabling the measurement of the position or distance of obstacles around the vehicle and also enabling the measurement of the two-dimensional or three-dimensional shape of the obstacles. The sensor portion of such a sensor unit (hereinafter referred to as the "sensor") is mounted on each bumper by being secured to a bracket installed on the inner side of the rear bumper or front bumper, and is exposed to the outside through an installation opening formed in the shape of a through hole in each bumper. Conventional brackets for installing the sensor have the problem that it is difficult to install the sensor stably. Prior art includes Published Patent Application No. 10-2013-0096594. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a state in which a sensor is mounted on a bumper by a sensor bracket device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a drawing for explaining a sensor bracket device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a drawing illustrating a state in which a sensor is attached in an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining an installation means employed in an embodiment of the present invention. In order to clarify the understanding of the present invention in the following description, descriptions of known technologies regarding the features of the present invention will be omitted. The following embodiments are detailed descriptions to aid in understanding the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the rights of the present invention. Accordingly, equivalent inventions that perform the same function as the present invention will also fall within the scope of the rights of the present invention. Furthermore, in the following description, identical identification symbols denote identical configurations, and unnecessary redundant descriptions and descriptions of known technologies are omitted. Additionally, descriptions of each embodiment of the present invention below that overlap with the description of the technology forming the background of the invention are also omitted. Hereinafter, a sensor bracket device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a state in which a sensor is mounted on a bumper by a sensor bracket device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing for explaining a sensor bracket device according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line III-III of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a state in which a sensor is fastened to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining an installation means employed in an embodiment of the present invention.
