Claims (5)

  1. In a blood collection syringe capable of centrifugation by directly introducing collected blood into a centrifuge without transferring it, A cylinder having a needle connector formed at the front end, a storage space for storing collected blood formed inside, and one to several fastening grooves arranged in an annular shape at a point spaced a certain distance forward at the rear end; A spacing tube comprising an insertion tube portion inserted and coupled to the rear end of the cylinder, a flange portion formed at the rear end of the insertion tube portion, and a coupling projection formed on the outer main surface of the insertion tube portion to correspond to the fastening groove of the cylinder, thereby forming a mounting groove spaced apart at a certain distance between the rear end of the cylinder and the flange portion; A finger rest detachably coupled to a mounting groove formed by the above-mentioned spacing tube; A blood collection syringe for centrifugation characterized by comprising: a plunger that is inserted into the above cylinder and moves in the forward and backward directions, and has a rubber packing attached to the front end.
  2. In paragraph 1, A blood collection syringe for centrifugation, characterized in that the spacing of the mounting groove is formed to be 1 to 1.2 times the thickness of the finger rest, and the diameter of the flange portion is formed within the range between the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the cylinder.
  3. In paragraph 1, The above rubber packing is formed in the shape of a cap with an axial groove formed on the rear surface; A blood collection syringe for centrifugation, characterized in that a packing support cap is further installed, the packing support cap comprising a tubular support tube portion fitted into the rear groove of the rubber packing and a flange portion formed at the rear end of the support tube portion, and a push rod is detachably coupled to the packing support cap.
  4. In paragraph 3, The above packing support cap forms multiple push rod catch grooves arranged in an annular shape at equal angles on the inner circumferential surface of the support tube portion; A blood collection syringe for centrifugation, characterized in that the front end of the above-mentioned plunger further comprises a plunger projection formed to be inserted into and engaged with the plunger engagement groove, wherein the plunger projection is formed by an elastic rod portion having elasticity that is inserted into the inner side of the support tube portion of the packing support cap and bends in the direction of the central axis due to an external force, and a projection portion that protrudes outwardly from the outer surface of the elastic rod portion and is inserted into the plunger engagement groove.
  5. In paragraph 4, On the outer surface of the elastic rod portion of the above-mentioned pusher projection, a stopper is further formed at a certain distance from the projection portion toward the rear, so that the stopper contacts the rear surface of the flange portion of the packing support cap to limit the connection depth to the packing support cap; A blood collection syringe for centrifugation, characterized in that the stopper is formed to protrude further outward than the projection but within the diameter of the flange portion of the packing support cap that is joined concentrically, thereby preventing jamming when inserted into the cylinder.

Description

Blood collection syringes for centrifugation The present invention relates to a blood collection syringe for centrifugation, and more specifically, to a blood collection syringe for centrifugation that allows blood collection and centrifugation to be performed using a single syringe and enables the separation of active ingredients by removing the plunger and feeding the collected blood into a centrifuge without the need to transfer it to a separate conical tube, and by attaching a finger rest and a plunger after centrifugation to directly discharge and store the separated main ingredients. In order to separate or process blood by component using devices such as centrifuges, a means to receive the blood is required, and typical examples include syringes and conical tubes. In a general method, blood is collected using a syringe, the collected blood is transferred to a conical tube and placed into a centrifuge for centrifugation, and the centrifuged blood is separated into a red blood cell layer and a plasma layer containing platelets due to the difference in specific gravity. At this time, in order to collect one component among the separated components of the conical tube, a separate syringe is connected to extract the component inside the conical tube and collect it separately. In this way, when extracting one component, especially plasma, from the conical tube, the amount collected is significantly reduced because the plasma is collected only up to a distance from the boundary surface to prevent the inflow of red blood cells. Therefore, previously, there was the inconvenience of requiring multiple devices, such as transferring the sample to a conical tube for centrifugation and extracting only the active ingredient using a separate syringe after centrifugation. Korean Published Patent No. 10-2020-0037973 (published on April 10, 2020; hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 1') presents a blood processing device and a blood processing method using the same. Patent Document 1 presents a device that provides a syringe plunger in a detachable form, mounts a cylinder containing blood onto a centrifuge to separate components, connects to another syringe cylinder using an adapter, and reassembles the detached plunger to collect a portion of the separated components into a new syringe. Patent Document 1 presents a form equipped with a conical tube function that allows the cylinder to be directly mounted onto the centrifuge by making the syringe plunger detachable. However, since Patent Document 1 provides a conical tube function to the cylinder, the finger rest of the cylinder is removed, causing inconvenience during plunger operation. Korean Published Patent No. 10-2023-0120696 (published on August 17, 2023; hereinafter referred to as 'Patent Document 2') presents a syringe containing an ophthalmic formulation. The above Patent Document 2 has a structure in which a finger grip portion (finger rest) is detachably coupled to a syringe body (cylinder), but an end flange protruding outwardly is further formed at the bottom of the body to fix the finger grip portion. In order to use the finger grip portion structure of the above Patent Document 2 for centrifugation, the diameter of the syringe body including the end flange must be smaller than the slit diameter of the centrifuge rotor. Therefore, in order to easily mount it on a centrifuge, the diameter of the body must be reduced by the protruding length of the end flange, but this reduces the processing capacity due to the reduction of the internal receiving space and there is a risk that the syringe body will be damaged due to vibration transmission during centrifugation caused by the gap with the inner wall of the slit, so it is difficult to apply the detachable finger grip structure of Patent Document 2. Therefore, there has been a need for a blood collection syringe having a new coupling structure that allows centrifugation to be performed by mounting the collected blood directly into a centrifuge without transferring it to another container, while enabling the detachable attachment of a finger support member to facilitate pusher operation without reducing the diameter of the cylinder.
