Description

Apparatus for Processing Food Wastes The present invention relates to a food waste disposal device capable of collecting food waste from households, processing it simply in a common space, and simultaneously measuring its weight. Patent Document 001 comprises: a lid coupled to one side of the upper surface of a main body and rotating up and down; a hopper for feeding food waste into the interior of the upper surface of the main body; a grinder on the bottom surface of the hopper for grinding the fed food waste and separating moisture; a food waste discharge pipe on one side of the grinder for discharging the ground food waste into a food waste collection drawer; a moisture discharge pipe on the other side of the grinder for discharging moisture discharged from the food waste into a moisture collection drawer; a food waste collection drawer that is pulled out from the front of the main body and is equipped with a heater inside to dry the ground food waste; a vermiculite block stored inside a vermiculite storage container with a discharge hole formed on the front of the lower main body of the food waste collection drawer to deodorize odors; and a moisture collection drawer that is pulled out from the front of the main body and is equipped with a heater inside to dry the collected moisture below the vermiculite block. The present invention provides a technology comprising: a suction fan having one side of an odor suction pipe located inside a moisture collection drawer within the main body to suck in odors, and the sucked odors being discharged to a vermiculite block through an odor discharge pipe; and a DC converter that converts AC current into DC current and a control unit that electrically controls the same within the main body. Patent Document 002 presents a technology for an air-transport type automatic waste treatment system in which waste discarded through an inlet is sucked and transported by air flow within a pipe to be processed in a collection area, comprising: a sink having an inner space that communicates with the outside air only through a check valve; an inlet installed in the sink to allow the input of household food waste, the inlet of which is opened and closed by a lid; a gate valve positioned to be positioned at a predetermined distance from the lower end of the inlet; a basket positioned to surround the lower end of the inlet at a position communicating with the front end of the gate valve, with numerous holes in the upper half through which outside air passes; a suction pipe communicating with the rear end of the gate valve to receive household food waste input through the inlet; and a transport pipe communicating with the suction pipe to suck and transport household food waste to a collection area. Patent Document 003 presents a technology comprising: a loading plate positioned on the inner side of an input door; an outer case positioned on the bottom surface of a conventional entry tube and having a crossbar inside; an inner case having a latch corresponding to the crossbar of the outer case and a mounting piece bolted to the bottom surface of the entry tube; an arm rotatably supported by a hinge axis in the inner case; a load cell having one upper surface attached to the bottom surface of the loading plate and the opposite lower surface attached to the pivot end of the arm; and an electric cylinder having an extendable rod connected via a free end of the arm and movable axis and rotatably supported by a fixed axis in the inner case. Patent invention 004 presents a technology comprising: a processing device for crushing food waste containing moisture discharged from each household of a multi-unit dwelling; a disposer for crushing food waste discharged from each household; a discharge pipe for food waste installed at any location underground of the multi-unit dwelling and transferring food waste crushed by the disposer of each household on each floor to a storage tank with a sealed structure; a collection container installed between the storage tank and the outlet of the food waste discharge pipe, formed to maintain an arbitrary ratio of by-products discharged along the sedimentation water passing through a mesh and by-products collected by the mesh among the crushed food waste containing moisture; and a pump for discharging the sedimentation water collected in the storage tank to the outside.
