KR-20260062414-A - Coffee bag
Abstract
In the present invention, roasted and ground coffee powder and instant coffee powder, which is extracted from roasted and ground coffee and then freeze-dried or spray-dried, are mixed in a predetermined weight ratio and placed into a filter bag made of non-woven filter paper to produce a product. When water is poured while the product is placed in a container, the instant coffee powder dissolves and the coffee liquid is infused from the coffee powder, allowing one to enjoy a rich coffee flavor with a rich coffee aroma. Furthermore, by mixing Cordyceps powder containing various mineral components and cordycepin into the mixture of the coffee powder and instant coffee powder in a predetermined weight ratio, or by mixing Cordyceps powder with indigestible maltodextrin in a predetermined weight ratio, a new coffee bag is produced that allows one to enjoy a rich coffee flavor with a rich coffee aroma upon consumption, while simultaneously improving diabetes through the action of various mineral components, cordycepin, and indigestible maltodextrin, and expecting anticancer effects through antioxidant action. It begins. The present invention is characterized by adding and mixing instant coffee powder, which is roasted and ground coffee extracted into a liquid form and then freeze-dried or spray-dried, in a ratio of 0.5g to 1.0g to 2.0g of roasted and ground coffee powder, and placing this mixture into a filter bag made of non-woven filter paper and sealing it.

Description
Coffee bag The present invention relates to a coffee bag, and more specifically, to a product manufactured by mixing roasted and ground coffee bean powder with instant coffee powder, which is obtained by extracting roasted and ground coffee beans into a liquid and then freeze-drying or spray-drying it, in a predetermined weight ratio, and placing this mixture into a filter bag made of non-woven filter paper. When water is poured into the bag while it is placed in a container, the instant coffee powder dissolves while the coffee liquid is infused from the coffee bean powder, thereby allowing one to enjoy a rich coffee flavor with a rich coffee aroma. Furthermore, by mixing Cordyceps powder containing various mineral components and cordycepin into the mixture of the coffee bean powder and instant coffee powder in a predetermined weight ratio, or by mixing Cordyceps powder with indigestible maltodextrin in a predetermined weight ratio, one can enjoy a rich coffee flavor with a rich coffee aroma upon consumption, while simultaneously improving diabetes through the action of various mineral components, cordycepin, and indigestible maltodextrin, and providing anticancer effects through antioxidant action. It is about a coffee bag that allows you to look forward to it. Generally, the representative components of coffee include caffeine, chlorogenic acid, niacin, and potassium. In particular, caffeine, the main component of coffee, exerts highly beneficial effects on the human health of the drinker; for instance, representative positive effects include cancer prevention, blood pressure regulation, improved calculation ability, weight loss, and the prevention and relief of hangovers. However, the conventional method of consuming coffee, which involves the refining, roasting, grinding, and extraction of green beans, requires the use of various processing or extraction devices, and the process is not only very complex and cumbersome, but also requires the use of specific sales locations such as coffee shops, which is a factor in the relatively high price of coffee. Furthermore, conventional coffee requires the addition of separate additives, such as sugar or milk (creamer), in the necessary quantities to the coffee extracted to suit consumer preferences, which poses a problem in that the preparation process after extraction is considerably inconvenient and cumbersome. Meanwhile, in recent years, various types of instant coffee have been widely developed to solve the inconvenience and hassle associated with the conventional coffee extraction and consumption process. These products are produced by drying and pulverizing coffee liquid extracted from beans into fine particles, and among them, coffee mixes are particularly popular among many consumers. These coffee mixes are instant coffee processed into powder form mixed with an appropriate amount of sugar and creamer (or cream) and sealed in a single-use packet. They have consistently maintained a high market share due to their convenience of portability and storage, the convenience of consumption which allows them to be dissolved in water (cold or hot water) and enjoyed anywhere without being restricted to a specific location, and their sweet taste that stimulates consumers' palates. However, while the above-mentioned coffee mix is highly preferred by consumers for its convenience of portability and consumption, as well as its smooth and sweet taste, it is known to have disadvantages such as the use of refined sugar with a high GI index like white sugar and dairy products (creamer), and the trans fats in roasted coffee beans acting as toxic factors in the human body, which have a negative impact on obesity, digestive disorders, and adult diseases. Consequently, in line with recent consumer preferences and health-conscious trends, a variety of products are being released, including black coffee mixes that eliminate creamer or both creamer and sugar, and decaffeinated coffee mixes. However, there is a functional limitation in that the effects of such coffee mixes on the human body are merely to the extent of adding to or limiting the inherent effects of caffeine, and no other health-promoting effects can be expected from consuming them. Accordingly, Korean Public Patent No. 10-2018-0095290 (Title: Method for manufacturing coffee mix containing collagen peptide and the coffee mix thereof, hereinafter referred to as 'Related Technology 1') was proposed to overcome the functional limitations of conventional coffee mixes. The above-mentioned related technology 1 is 'a method of extracting collagen peptides from chicken by-products, processing the extracted collagen peptides into a powder form, and further mixing the processed collagen peptide powder with instant coffee consisting of coffee beans, creamer, and sugar components in a set ratio to help improve beauty, such as preventing skin aging, increasing skin elasticity, and providing skin moisture retention functions when c
