Description
Manufacturing Method of Carbide Wood Cutting Board The present invention relates to a carbonized wooden cutting board; more specifically, to a "method for manufacturing a carbonized wooden cutting board" that uses square timber as a material and is resistant to warping and capable of improving durability. In general, cutting boards are essential cooking tools, but they are prone to scratches from knives and pose a risk of bacterial growth due to various cooking ingredients. Additionally, because they are used in various harsh environments, there have been many proposals for functional cutting boards, but they are typically manufactured by processing synthetic resin (plastic) or a single piece of wood. Although synthetic resin cutting boards are largely replacing wooden cutting boards as they can resolve issues such as corrosion, staining, and cracking, they show limitations due to their inferior appearance and the potential to cause endocrine disruptors. Although wooden cutting boards are still preferred due to their pleasant feel, such as the material's inherent familiarity and shock absorption capabilities, conventional wooden cutting boards have the disadvantage of warping as they repeatedly absorb and dry moisture from cooking ingredients or water during the washing process, and they also have limitations in terms of durability. Figure 1 is a manufacturing process diagram of a carbonized wood cutting board according to the present invention. Figure 2 shows the first planing step in the manufacturing process of a carbonized wood cutting board according to the present invention. Figure 3 shows the timber lamination step in the manufacturing process of a carbonized wood cutting board according to the present invention.
