Description

Pet Care Device The present disclosure relates to a pet care device, and more specifically, to a pet care device having a pad on which a pet can ride placed on a base. As the market for pets such as dogs and cats grows day by day, research and development on pet-related supplies and products are actively underway. With the increasing perception that pets are family members, the pet industry is expected to continue growing as it becomes more high-value-added in the future. Recently, amidst the growth of the pet-related industry, pet health management is establishing itself as one of the promising future industries. Much research is being conducted to monitor the health status of pets in order to prevent or diagnose diseases. Conventionally, pogo pins were used to supply power to pads used for monitoring the health status of pets. Since the pogo pins connected to the terminals on the pad are fixed to the top of the base, a fixed point is created at the connection point when the pogo pins are connected to the terminals, which poses a problem in that biological information, including the pet's weight, cannot be accurately measured. Consequently, this results in the inconvenience of having to repeat the diagnosis multiple times to accurately assess the pet's health status. In addition, the above pogo pins and connection terminals are directly subjected to the load of the pad and the pet, so when used for a long time, the electrical connection between the pogo pins and connection terminals becomes poor or the pogo pins and connection terminals are damaged. In addition, since the module including the pogo pin is placed on the upper surface of the base, there is a problem where electrical leakage or short circuits occur due to bodily fluids of pets falling onto the base.
