Abstract
The present invention is a method for manufacturing a prebiotic food that is harmless to all people of different constitutions regardless of whether they are of the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions, and is a method for generating a food recipe that reduces allergic reactions to harmful foods that affect the strengths and weaknesses of the internal organs and the unique tendencies of each person according to the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions. The present invention is characterized by the ability to continuously generate various types of prebiotic food recipes that are harmless to all people of different constitutions regardless of constitution, by offsetting the beneficial effects of beneficial allergic reactions caused by beneficial foods and the harmful effects of harmful allergic reactions caused by harmful foods in relation to the strength and weakness structure of the functions of the five internal organs and six viscera of each constitution and their inherent tendencies, and by the fact that the particle size of the element food constituting the food recipe is subdivided to have a maximum powder particle size of 5 mesh (4 mm or less) so as to be utilized in the entire digestion and excretion process from the esophagus through the large intestine to defecation. - The present invention is a method for producing a prebiotic food that is harmless or beneficial to all people of different constitutions, regardless of whether they are of the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions. It is characterized by generating a prebiotic food recipe that is harmless to all people of different constitutions, regardless of whether they are of the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions, by repeatedly performing a process of offsetting the harmful effects of a harmful food of one constitution (arbitrarily specified) of the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions with the beneficial effects of a beneficial food of the same constitution or another constitution, utilizing the strength and weakness structure of the functions of the five internal organs and six viscera and their inherent tendencies, and applying this method to all 8 constitutions. The ratio of the element foods constituting the generated prebiotic recipe is characterized by a weight ratio or volume ratio of 1:1, respectively, and the particle size of the element foods constituting each recipe is subdivided to have a maximum powder particle size of 5 mesh (4 mm or less).

In relation to food allergies, the invention relates to a method of producing prebiotics that are harmless to all people of different constitutions regardless of the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions by combining together foods selected as beneficial, harmful, or harmless to the 8 constitutions or 4 constitutions of a person. Beneficial and harmful fungal communities coexist within the digestive tract (hereinafter referred to as the 'intestinal tract'), and these and the metabolic products they produce affect the physical and mental health of the host. Since allergic reactions to the same food vary significantly depending on individual constitutions, it is desirable for a healthy lifestyle for each individual to have knowledge of their own constitution and which foods are beneficial or harmful to them, and to consume foods that are beneficial. Regarding food allergic reactions, there are many constitutional theories that classify human constitutions. There are constitutional theories that classify human constitutions based on the size and strength of the functions of the five internal organs and six external organs (five internal organs: liver, heart, spleen, lungs, kidneys; six external organs: gallbladder, small intestine, stomach, large intestine, bladder, triple burner). Among these constitutional theories, the Korean 4-constitution theory and 8-constitution theory, which are based on the meridian theory of Eastern medicine, can be said to be the most logical and academic theories for studying the efficacy of foods related to constitution.(4) To summarize the theory of the four constitutions, every human being is born with one of four unique constitutions.
