KR-20260062632-A - SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING VISA RECOMMENDATION SERVICE TO FOREIGN WORKERS
Abstract
The present invention relates to a system for providing visa recommendation services for foreign workers, and more specifically, to a service provision system including a service server, wherein the service server comprises: a data storage unit that collects and stores resumes and visa-related information of foreign workers from overseas labor dispatch agencies, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Ministry of Justice; a model generation unit that generates a visa recommendation model by training an artificial intelligence algorithm with the resumes and visa-related information stored in the data storage unit; a resume input unit that receives the resumes of foreign workers; a visa prediction unit that obtains visa information by inputting the contents of the received resumes into the visa recommendation model; and an information provision unit that provides the visa information obtained from the visa prediction unit as recommended visa information. According to the visa recommendation service provision system for foreign workers proposed in the present invention, an artificial intelligence algorithm is trained with resumes and visa-related information of foreign workers collected from overseas labor dispatch agencies, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and the Ministry of Justice to generate a visa recommendation model, and by using the generated visa recommendation model to provide recommended visa information for foreign workers, a visa suitable for the foreign worker's situation can be recommended. In addition, according to the visa recommendation service provision system for foreign workers proposed in this invention, by utilizing a large language model to generate and provide detailed information regarding recommended visas and specific consultation information for the foreign worker to obtain the recommended visa in natural language, it is possible to explain visa-related matters that foreign workers and companies are curious about and to provide solutions to complex visa-related problems.

Description
System for Providing Visa Recommendation Services to Foreign Workers The present invention relates to a service provision system, and more specifically, to a visa recommendation service provision system for foreign workers. The content described in this section merely provides background information regarding an embodiment of the present invention and does not constitute prior art. As global interest in Korean culture grows, the number of foreigners wishing to work in Korea is also increasing. Furthermore, the need for foreign workers is growing due to the declining domestic population. However, information regarding employment in Korea is difficult to find overseas, and even labor export agencies are struggling to penetrate the Korean market due to a lack of information. Additionally, Korea's visa procedures are very complex for foreigners to navigate alone. Consequently, companies seeking to hire foreign workers pay Korean administrative agents fees ranging from a minimum of 1.5 million won to 3 million won to facilitate the entry of a single worker. Furthermore, foreign workers are required to pay substantial sums to local labor dispatch agencies. For example, a Vietnamese worker pays approximately 1 million won to a Vietnamese agency to secure employment in Korea, which is equivalent to two months' salary. These excessive costs are a cause for foreign workers to enter Korea through illegal means, and employers of small and medium-sized enterprises sometimes turn a blind eye to this practice to ensure business operations. Since this phenomenon can lead to a decline in the national image and reduced national competitiveness, the development of technology to resolve this issue is necessary. Meanwhile, prior art related to the present invention includes published patent No. 10-2021-0046968 (Title of invention: Foreign worker recruitment and job search brokerage system and brokerage method, Date of publication: April 29, 2021). The aforementioned background technology is technical information that the inventor possessed for the derivation of the present invention or acquired during the process of deriving the present invention, and it cannot be considered as publicly known technology disclosed to the general public prior to the filing of the present invention.
