Description

System for Manufacturing Louvers of Vertical Blinds The present invention relates to a system for manufacturing louvers for vertical blinds, and more specifically, to a system for manufacturing louvers for vertical blinds that enables the clean and defect-free production of louvers for vertical blinds installed to block or transmit light on balconies or windows in multi-unit dwellings or general households. Generally, blinds are an indoor device installed on the inside of glass window frames in balconies or verandas—spaces separated from the interior in public buildings, apartment complexes, or private homes—to block visibility from the outside while allowing light to be blocked and transmitted to the interior. These blinds are installed in horizontal or vertical rows to block light from entering the interior while allowing visibility to the exterior, thereby avoiding direct sunlight while enabling light transmission or allowing natural light to pass through without hindering ventilation. The above-mentioned blinds are manufactured and used in various types and forms, such as roll-type blinds that are configured in a wide square or rectangular shape and are rolled up and down for use, fold-type blinds that are configured in a narrow strip shape and are folded horizontally to be lifted and unfolded for use, and vertical blinds that are configured in a relatively narrow width of fiber or synthetic resin material and are arranged to be hung vertically and pushed and pulled for use. The aforementioned vertical blinds are widely preferred because they allow for easy control of visibility blocking, shading, and light transmission. Recently, blinds are being manufactured with alternating blackout sections that completely block light and light-transmitting sections, enabling users to appropriately block or transmit light into the interior. The vertical blinds that can be used in this way are manufactured as louvers that block and transmit light through rotation. The louvers are provided as a louver fabric rolled into a roll by alternately producing blackout and transparent membranes in a long, continuous manner with a predetermined width and length. The louver fabric provided in this roll form is then cut into appropriate lengths and widths according to the size of the window to be installed. At this time, the louver fabric is provided by joining the alternating blackout and transparent membranes with a synthetic resin or fiber material to facilitate easy cutting of the width. Therefore, when manufacturing the above-mentioned louvers, the worker produces the louvers by separating or cutting the louver fabric manually or using a machine to match the size of the window, namely the width and length. According to Korean Registered Patent No. 10-2259304 (Title: Device for manufacturing slats of vertical blinds and method for manufacturing slats using the same) (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 1"), which was previously filed and registered by the applicant, the louvers of the vertical blind are configured to include: a fabric feeder in which a base fabric of a slat to be mounted on a vertical blind is wound in a roll form and the wound base fabric is cut to an arbitrary length required and provided; a bottom feeder in which a bottom fabric of a slat to be mounted on a vertical blind is wound in a roll form and the wound bottom fabric is cut to an arbitrary length required and provided; and a fusion machine in which the bottom fabric provided through the bottom feeder is overlapped and seated on top of the base fabric provided through the fabric feeder and supplied, and the supplied base fabric and bottom fabric are joined by heat fusion to form an integrated structure, thereby manufacturing the slat. In addition, according to Korean Registered Patent No. 10-1654728 (Title: Cutter device for cutting blind fabric) (hereinafter referred to as "Prior Art 2"), a cutter device for cutting blind fabric comprises: a fabric feeder that continuously supplies a roll-shaped fabric; a main body in which the fabric is supplied to a workbench through the fabric feeder and a processing hole is provided in the upper center of the workbench; and a cutter coupled to the lower part of the main body, wherein a blade that rotates in place by the power of a motor is partially exposed to the upper side of the main body's workbench through the processing hole and reciprocates in the width direction of the supplied fabric to cut the fabric. In the aforementioned prior art 1 and 2, when manufacturing blind louvers, a louver fabric provided in a roll form is cut to an arbitrary length as required, and then a separate fabric is heat-fused to the cut louver fabric to produce the louver, or the louver fabric supplied in a roll form is cut with a cutter device to produce the louver. In other words, conventional technologies 1 and 2 produce blind louvers by cutting the louver fabric to the length and width according to the size of the window to be
