Description
Multifunction Armrest The present invention relates to a multifunctional armrest that provides different functional aspects through a multifunctional device installed to rotate on a main body, allowing a user to selectively use a desired function by rotating the multifunctional device. Generally, a vehicle is formed with a passenger compartment of a predetermined size where a driver or their accompanying passenger can ride, and a passenger compartment opening and closing door is installed on the vehicle body to open and close the passenger compartment. In the case of a passenger car, the doors for opening and closing the vehicle compartment are equipped with a front door installed at the front along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and a rear door installed at the rear along the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. The front door and the rear door are typically installed to rotate on the vehicle body via hinges. Meanwhile, the vehicle doors are provided with door armrests to support the occupant's arms. These armrests are equipped with controllers for operating the climate control system and cup holders. Conventional armrests had the problem of somewhat limited usability because they were equipped only with cup holders and controllers.
