Description
Slim tweeter speaker for generating high frequency band The present invention relates to a slim tweeter speaker for high-frequency reproduction. Recently, tweeter speakers capable of reproducing mid-range and high-range frequencies are being developed. Tweeter speakers must satisfy the requirements of being ultra-compact and portable while maintaining excellent volume and quality. In Patent No. 10-2672255, the applicant disclosed a tweeter speaker (1') for ultra-high frequency reproduction, comprising a planar vibrator for ultra-high frequency reproduction as illustrated in FIG. 8, a casing (2') made of a non-magnetic material, a diaphragm (8') mounted sequentially from top to bottom inside the casing, a magnet (6'), and a magnetic body (4'), and a structure in which a circuit is formed in the diaphragm itself. A ventilation hole is formed in the diaphragm to allow air communication in a sealed space between its rear and the upper surface of the casing. The vibration sound is emitted downward as indicated by the arrow and joins with a woofer vibration sound not illustrated. However, the above patent relates to a planar diaphragm with a circuit implementation different from a conventional diaphragm that emits sound upward, and it is not a structure that can be applied universally to tweeter speakers independently. In addition, there are limitations to its application to hybrid speakers combined with woofers. Many structures are being proposed to achieve ultra-slimness and miniaturization of speakers, and attention must also be paid to the structure and shape of the diaphragm. Regarding the structure of the diaphragm, for example, Patent Publication No. 10-2022-011165 discloses a structure in which the portion of the diaphragm where the coil is attached is convex downward; this is intended to compensate for the size of the corresponding portion of the yoke located on the bottom surface that is concave downward, and is not intended to reduce the height of the speaker. Patent Publication No. 10-2015-0137516 discloses a structure in which upwardly convex grooves are formed on the diaphragm; however, the portion where the grooves are formed is not where the coil is installed, but is intended to reinforce the strength of the frame when viewed from a planar perspective. Therefore, improvements are required to realize ultra-compact tweeter speakers while guaranteeing the quality of the ultra-high frequency range from the perspective of the diaphragm and coil. The present invention has been devised to further improve upon the above prior art and prior patents. FIG. 1a is a top view of a tweeter speaker of the present invention, and FIG. 1b is a bottom view thereof; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the speaker of FIG. 1 taken by cutting it in the aa'direction; FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating the diaphragm structure of the present invention; FIG. 4 is a drawing assuming that a receiving portion is not formed in the diaphragm; FIG. 5 is a drawing illustrating a diaphragm structure according to a second embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a drawing illustrating the structure of a tweeter speaker according to another embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 7 is a drawing illustrating a magnet arrangement applied to a tweeter speaker of the present invention; and Figure 8 is a drawing illustrating a flat diaphragm of the applicant's prior patent. The present invention is capable of various modifications and may have various embodiments. Specific embodiments are illustrated in the drawings and described in detail in the specific details for carrying out the invention. However, this is not intended to limit the invention to specific embodiments, and it should be understood that the invention includes all modifications, equivalents, and substitutions that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1a is a top view of the tweeter speaker (1) of the present invention, and FIG. 1b is a bottom view thereof. The overall exterior of the speaker (1) is a square shape with a particularly small height, and is manufactured as a miniature size with a width and height of 10 mm or less each and a height of 1.5 mm or less. The entire outer surface of the speaker (1) is defined by the housing (5). A flat grille (2) is placed on the upper surface of the speaker (1) to cover the upper space of the housing (5). Symmetrical grille holes (20) are formed on the left and right sides of the grille (2). In the illustrated example, there are four grille holes (20) in a rounded square shape, but their shape and number can be appropriately changed. A square-shaped terminal part (3) that connects to an FPCB (flexible print circuit board) is inserted from one side of the housing (5). A flat magnetic body (4) is placed on the lower surface of the speaker (1) to cover the lower space of the housing (5). Symmetric
