Claims (7)

  1. A pouch body having a storage space formed internally to accommodate contents; and A spout pouch comprising a zipper portion having a thinly pressed tube shape and having female zipper lines and male zipper lines formed internally that are separably zipper-coupled to each other, and a discharge portion having a thinly pressed tube shape and configured to protrude to the outside by penetrating the hollow of the zipper portion while elastically deforming according to a predetermined pattern by the load of the contents when the contents are to be discharged to the outside while the zipper lines are separated from each other.

Spout pouch The present invention relates to a spout pouch. A pouch is a container used to store or hold contents in liquid, gel, or powder form, such as beverages, detergents, and fabric softeners, within the storage space formed between a pair of pouch sheets by joining their abutting edges. As these pouches are easy to carry and have low packaging costs, their applications are gradually expanding. Generally, pouches are used by cutting a specific portion of the joint between pouch sheets to form a discharge port communicating with the storage space, and then discharging the contents stored in the storage space to the outside through this port. However, when the contents of the pouch need to be used multiple times over a long period rather than all at once, it may be difficult to store and maintain the contents without deterioration because the contents are exposed to the atmosphere through the discharge port. To solve this problem, a spout pouch was developed in the past, comprising a spout coupled to an insertion opening formed open at a predetermined location of the pouch having a discharge opening for injecting contents into a storage space or discharging contents from a storage space, and a cap detachably coupled to the spout to open and close the discharge opening of the spout. However, the spout provided in a conventional spout pouch has a cylindrical shape with a predetermined diameter and is composed of a synthetic resin or other material having strength capable of maintaining such a cylindrical shape at a constant level. In these conventional spout pouches, because the diameter of the spout is significantly larger than the thickness of the pouch sheets, when the pouches are stacked in multiple layers, the pouches are stacked in a manner that is inclined upward toward the installation position of the spout. Consequently, the conventional spout pouches had the problem that it is difficult to stably stack or store a large number of pouches, and the storage volume of the pouches increases.
