Abstract

The present invention relates to a spout pouch, comprising: a pouch body having a storage space formed internally to accommodate contents; and a spout having a thinly pressed tube shape, a zipper part having a female zipper line and a male zipper line formed internally that are separably zipper-coupled to each other, and a discharge part having a thinly pressed tube shape, which is provided to protrude externally by penetrating the hollow of the zipper part while elastically deforming according to a predetermined pattern by the load of the contents when the zipper lines are separated from each other. The pouch body has a pentagonal shape including a chamfered edge formed by cutting one of the upper corner parts downwardly at a predetermined angle of inclination to extend from the upper edge to one side. The pouch body has a coupling groove coupled to the chamfered edge so that the zipper part is coupled while the discharge part is accommodated in the storage space.

Claims (4)

  1. A pouch body having a storage space formed internally to accommodate contents; and A spout comprising a zipper portion having a thinly pressed tube shape and having a female zipper line and a male zipper line formed internally that are separably zipper-coupled to each other, and a discharge portion having a thinly pressed tube shape and configured to protrude to the outside by penetrating the hollow of the zipper portion while elastically deforming according to a predetermined pattern by the load of the contents when the zipper lines are separated from each other. The above pouch body has a pentagonal shape including a chamfered edge formed by cutting one of the upper corner portions downwardly at a predetermined angle of inclination so as to extend from the upper edge to one side. The above-described pouch body is a spout pouch having a coupling groove that is coupled to the chamfered edge so that the zipper part is coupled while the discharge part is accommodated in the storage space.
  2. In paragraph 1, The above discharge unit is, A first deformation guide surface formed at one end facing the upper side of the chamfered edge among the left and right ends, and formed inclined toward the lower side of the chamfered edge; and It has a second deformation guide surface formed at the other end facing the lower side of the chamfered edge among the left and right ends, and formed inclined toward the upper side of the chamfered edge, A spout pouch in which the first deformation guide surface and the second deformation guide surface are formed to meet each other at the bottom of the discharge portion.
  3. In paragraph 2, The first deformation guide surface is a spout pouch having an open structure in which a hollow opening is formed in the discharge portion.
  4. In paragraph 1, The zipper portion is composed of at least one of polyester, polyester, high-density polyethylene, and polypropylene, and The above-mentioned discharge portion is a spout pouch composed of at least one of natural rubber (latex), polyuretaine, isoprene rubber, silicone rubber, and nitrile rubber.

Description

Spout pouch The present invention relates to a spout pouch. A pouch is a container used to store or hold contents in liquid, gel, or powder form, such as beverages, detergents, and fabric softeners, within the storage space formed between a pair of pouch sheets by joining their abutting edges. As these pouches are easy to carry and have low packaging costs, their applications are gradually expanding. Generally, pouches are used by cutting a specific portion of the joint between pouch sheets to form a discharge port communicating with the storage space, and then discharging the contents stored in the storage space to the outside through this port. However, when the contents of the pouch need to be used multiple times over a long period rather than all at once, it may be difficult to store and maintain the contents without deterioration because the contents are exposed to the atmosphere through the discharge port. To solve this problem, a spout pouch was developed in the past, comprising a spout coupled to an insertion opening formed open at a predetermined location of the pouch having a discharge opening for injecting contents into a storage space or discharging contents from a storage space, and a cap detachably coupled to the spout to open and close the discharge opening of the spout. However, the spout provided in a conventional spout pouch has a cylindrical shape with a predetermined diameter and is composed of a synthetic resin or other material having strength capable of maintaining such a cylindrical shape at a constant level. In these conventional spout pouches, because the diameter of the spout is significantly larger than the thickness of the pouch sheets, when the pouches are stacked in multiple layers, the pouches are stacked in a manner that is inclined upward toward the installation position of the spout. Consequently, the conventional spout pouches had the problem that it is difficult to stably stack or store a large number of pouches, and the storage volume of the pouches increases. FIG. 1 is a combined perspective view of a spout pouch according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is an exploded perspective view of the spout pouch shown in Figure 1. Figure 3 is a drawing showing the state in which the spout is coupled to the main body of the pout. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view along line I-I of Figure 1. Figures 5 to 9 are flowcharts illustrating the method of using a spout pouch. Hereinafter, some embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to exemplary drawings. It should be noted that in assigning reference numerals to the components of each drawing, the same components are given the same reference numeral whenever possible, even if they are shown in different drawings. Furthermore, in describing the embodiments of the present invention, if it is determined that a detailed description of related known components or functions would hinder understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, such detailed description is omitted. In describing the components of the embodiments of the present invention, terms such as first, second, A, B, (a), (b), etc., may be used. These terms are intended merely to distinguish the components from other components, and the essence, order, or sequence of the components is not limited by the terms. Furthermore, unless otherwise defined, all terms used herein, including technical or scientific terms, have the same meaning as generally understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains. Terms such as those defined in commonly used dictionaries should be interpreted as having a meaning consistent with their meaning in the context of the relevant technology, and should not be interpreted in an ideal or overly formal sense unless explicitly defined in this application. FIG. 1 is a combined perspective view of a spout pouch according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a separated perspective view of the spout pouch shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a drawing showing the state in which the spout is combined with the spout body, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view along line I-I of FIG. 1. Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a spout pouch (1) according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention may include a pouch body (10) having a storage space (16) formed inside for storing contents (C), and a spout (20) coupled to the pouch body (10) so as to store contents (C) in the storage space (16) or discharge contents (C) from the storage space (16) multiple times.
