- A method according to any one of claims 1 to 14, wherein the at least one therapeutic substance is positioned on the tip of the handpiece assembly, and the at least one therapeutic substance is configured to be at least partially dissolved or expelled in the presence of a liquid.
- A method according to any one of claims 1 to 15, wherein the application of vacuum or suction helps promote blood flow to the target portion of the skin surface of the subject or nearby.
- A method according to any one of claims 1 to 16, further comprising the step of at least partially peeling the skin surface of the object.
- The method of claim 17, wherein the step of at least partially peeling the skin surface of the object comprises the step of peeling using an abrasive surface or member.
- A method according to claim 17 or 18, wherein the step of at least partially peeling the skin surface of the object comprises the step of peeling using a chemical peeling agent.
- A method according to any one of claims 17 to 19, wherein the step of at least partially peeling the skin surface of the subject precedes the step of providing at least one therapeutic substance to the target portion of the skin surface of the subject.
