Abstract

The present invention relates to a shutter blind having a linear motor tilting structure, and aims to ensure that the winding and unwinding of the shutter blind part, which is composed of a plate-shaped shutter slat, are clearly achieved by configuring the winding roll as a multi-angle winding roll. That is, the present invention is characterized by comprising: a blind housing fixed to an installation space and configured to form a winding space for a shutter slat; a multi-angle winding roll configured to be rotatably supported at one end of the blind housing; a winding motor configured to be received and driven to one side of the multi-angle winding roll and configured to have an exposed end configured to be configured to the blind housing; a winding chain section configured to be wound/unwound according to the operation of the winding motor on the multi-angle winding roll; a shutter slat configured to form a continuous upper and lower shutter blind section by hinge-connecting both ends to the winding chain section; a control section configured to control the operation of the winding motor according to the control of a user in the blind housing; and an operating section configured on one side of the blind housing to allow a user to input an operation signal to the control section. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of clearly performing the winding and unwinding of a shutter blind part composed of a plate-shaped shutter slat, wherein the winding roll is composed of a multi-angle winding roll.

Description

Shutter blinder with multiple winding rolls having a linear motor tilting structure The present invention relates to a shutter blind having a linear motor tilting structure, and more specifically, the invention comprises a multi-angle winding roll having one end rotatably mounted on a blind housing, a winding motor having one end connected to one side of the multi-angle winding roll and the exposed end connected to the blind housing, a winding chain section having both ends connected to the multi-angle winding roll to be wound/unwound according to the operation of the winding motor, a shutter slat having both ends connected to the winding chain section to form a vertically continuous shutter blind section, a lifting guide rail section having both sides of the shutter slat to guide lifting, and a linear tilting actuator having a linear motor to tilt the shutter slat at the bottom of the lifting guide rail section. The purpose is to ensure that the tilting of the shutter slat is clearly achieved by the linear motor. Generally, a shutter blind is a shutter blind unit composed of vertically connected shutter slats that moves up and down according to user operation to open and close the installation location. The above-described shutter blind comprises a blind housing fixed to an installation space and configured to form a winding space for a shutter slat; a winding roll configured to be rotatably mounted at one end on the blind housing; a winding motor configured to be received and driven to one side of the winding roll and having an exposed end connected to the blind housing; a shutter slat configured to form a shutter blind section with an upper end connected to the winding roll and continuously connected to the lower end; a control unit configured on the blind housing to control the operation of the winding motor according to user control; and an operating unit configured on one side of the blind housing to allow a user to input an operation signal to the control unit. In this type of shutter blind, when a user operates the control unit, the control unit operates the winding motor according to the user's operation to wind or unwind the shutter blind, thereby opening or closing the installation location. However, the conventional shutter blinds described above had a problem in that the tilting of the shutter slats was not clear and rapid. FIGS. 1 and 2 are illustrative drawings showing an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 3 to 7 are exemplary diagrams of the main parts of the present invention. The following is a detailed description based on the attached drawings. The present invention is designed so that the tilting of the shutter slat is clearly achieved by a linear motor. The terms and words used in this specification and claims should not be interpreted as being limited to their ordinary or dictionary meanings, and should be interpreted in a meaning and concept consistent with the technical spirit of the present invention, based on the principle that the inventor can appropriately define the concept of the terms to best describe his invention. Therefore, the embodiments described in this specification and the configurations illustrated in the drawings are merely the most preferred embodiments of the present invention and do not represent all of the technical ideas of the present invention; thus, it should be understood that various equivalents and modifications that can replace them may exist at the time of filing this application.
