Description
An Electronic Communication Device-Based Fraud Prevention Management System and Method The present invention relates to a fraud prevention management system and method using electronic communication devices, and more particularly to a fraud prevention management system and method using electronic communication devices for preventing fraud using smartphones, personal PCs, etc. Damage caused by fraud involving phishing, which steals financial information via phone calls or emails impersonating financial or public institutions to inflict financial harm, and smishing, which leaks users' personal information by including URLs containing malware and demands personal and financial transaction details to cause financial damage, continues to occur consistently every year, and the amount of damage is also steadily increasing. As damage caused by fraud involving electronic devices increases, technologies for preventing fraud in advance are also increasing. In general, specific details of technologies for preventing fraud, such as conducting security checks on URL addresses and account information listed in text messages to deal with fraud like smishing text messages, are disclosed in the following patent documents 1 and 2. However, as fraud methods have become more sophisticated due to technological advancements, there was a problem in that it was difficult to prevent new fraud methods using only the existing fraud prevention techniques disclosed in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 as described above. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing the overall configuration of a fraud prevention management system using an electronic communication device of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the configuration of the management server illustrated in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the configuration of the database section illustrated in FIG. 1. Figure 4 is a flowchart of a fraud prevention management method using an electronic communication device of the present invention. The above and other objects and novel features of the present invention will become more apparent from the description in this specification and the accompanying drawings. Meanwhile, in the description of the invention, when it is stated that a certain part "includes" a certain component, this means that, unless specifically stated otherwise, it does not exclude other components but may include additional components. The terms “part,” “module,” or “part” as used herein perform at least one function or operation and may be implemented as hardware or software consisting of mechanical or electrical/electronic configurations, or as a combination of hardware and software; and a plurality of “parts,” “modules,” or a plurality of “parts” may be integrated into at least one module and implemented by at least one processor, except for the “parts,” “modules,” or “parts” that need to be implemented in specific hardware. First, the overall configuration of a fraud prevention management system using an electronic communication device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. 1. Figure 1 is a diagram showing the overall configuration of a fraud prevention management system using an electronic communication device of the present invention. A fraud prevention management system using an electronic communication device according to the present invention may include a user terminal (100) capable of inputting user information and using the system, a management server (200) connected to the user terminal via a network (10) to provide the system, and a database unit (300) connected to the management server to store and manage data used in the system. The above network (10) is intended to establish wireless communication between the user terminal (100) and the management server (200), and may apply wireless LAN (WLAN), DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance), Wibro (Wireless Broadband), Wimax (World Interoperability for Microwave Access), HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Packet Access), HSUPA (High Speed Uplink Packet Access), IEEE 802.16, Long Term Evolution (LTE), LTE-A (Long Term Evolution-Advanced), Wireless Mobile Broadband Service (WMBS), 5G, 6G communication methods, etc. However, it is not limited to these, and various applications can be implemented depending on the development of wireless communication technology. The user can use the system through the network (10) using at least one of the above-mentioned user terminals (100), and the user terminal (100) used by the user includes all electronic communication devices capable of using the fraud prevention management system, such as smartphones, portable terminals, mobile terminals, personal information terminals, navigation terminals, laptop computers, and personal computers. Meanwhile, the content server (400) illustrated in FIG. 1 operates independently and collects, classifies, and stores media content such as images, videos, and audio files, and can transmit s
