KR-20260063039-A - Blockchain-Based Survey Sampling and Data Management System
Abstract
The present invention relates to a blockchain-based public opinion survey sampling and data management system. By linking a blockchain network with sample data from various institutions, the system prevents biased sampling dependent on specific institutions and ensures the reliability of survey results by randomly extracting representative samples. The system consists of a blockchain node unit (100) and a service unit (200), and a data linkage unit (120) receives a sample from the service unit and performs random sampling through a data sampling module (121). A data transmission and reception unit (140) transmits sampling information between nodes and automatically pays rewards to adopted nodes through a smart contract. A wallet linkage unit (143) manages rewards by linking with the respondent's wallet, and all reward details and survey history are transparently recorded on the blockchain. Additionally, the data security unit (130) encrypts and stores the survey data and the respondent's personal information, and maintains data integrity. The data provision unit (210) discloses the survey results and sample history in real time, providing an environment where stakeholders can verify them. Through this invention, bias and manipulation in the public opinion survey process can be prevented, and a fair and transparent data management and reward system can be implemented. This system contributes to building a trustworthy public opinion survey ecosystem for both participants and stakeholders.

Description
Blockchain-Based Survey Sampling and Data Management System The present invention relates to a public opinion survey sampling and data management structure utilizing blockchain technology. It ensures the integrity and transparency of survey data and implements a fair and reliable survey environment by providing a personal information protection and reward system. Blockchain is a distributed ledger technology in which multiple nodes participating in a network share and verify data without a central server. The core of this technology lies in providing trust without centralized management while guaranteeing data integrity and transparency. In a blockchain, each piece of data is linked in the form of encrypted blocks, and the recorded data is immutable. This prevents hacking and manipulation, thereby maximizing data reliability. Blockchain technology can be utilized in public opinion polls as a tool to enhance transparency in data management, ensuring that data cannot be altered or manipulated. This enables the reliable management of response data and survey history, allowing all stakeholders to verify the survey results. Public opinion poll sampling methods include simple random sampling, stratified sampling, cluster sampling, and systematic sampling, and each method is selected depending on the characteristics and purpose of the survey subjects. However, the following problems may occur in the existing sampling process. Figure 1 is a diagram showing the overall structure of how a blockchain node and a public opinion research institution's service interact with each other. Figure 2 is a diagram showing the process of the data linkage unit receiving a sample from the service unit and sampling it in Figure 1. Figure 3 is a diagram illustrating the process of transmitting and receiving sampling information through a data transmission and reception unit between blockchain nodes in Figure 1, and compensating the node that provided the adoption sampling. Hereinafter, specific details for implementing the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, in the following description, specific descriptions regarding widely known functions or configurations will be omitted if there is a risk that the gist of the present disclosure may be unnecessarily obscured. In the attached drawings, identical or corresponding components are assigned the same reference numerals. Additionally, in the description of the following embodiments, the description of identical or corresponding components may be omitted. However, even if a description of a component is omitted, it is not intended that such component is not included in any embodiment. In this disclosure, all or part of the service portion may be composed of smart contracts on a blockchain, and the terms private blockchain and public blockchain are used interchangeably as blockchain networks for the service portion. FIG. 1 illustrates the overall flow of conducting a public opinion survey in which a blockchain node and a service unit of a public opinion survey agency are linked in various embodiments of the present disclosure. The public opinion research agency prepares sample data necessary for the survey through the service department (200), and the data provision department (210) manages the sample information. The prepared samples are linked to a blockchain network through the data linkage department (120). The data transmission and reception unit (140) transmits and receives sample information and response data between blockchain nodes in real time and records all investigation processes and results on the blockchain. Participants participate in the survey through a digital wallet, and the wallet management unit (110) manages participation history and reward payment history. This system enables multiple institutions and distributed data nodes to cooperate to conduct fair public opinion surveys and prevents data manipulation and bias. In the embodiment of FIG. 2, the process of the data linkage unit (120) receiving sample information from the service unit (200) and sampling is described. When the data provision unit (210) of the service unit prepares sample data necessary for the investigation, the data receiving unit (122) receives this information and stores it in the sample management unit (123). Based on the collected samples, the data sampling module (121) performs random sampling to extract representative samples, and this sampling process and history are all recorded on the blockchain. The sampled sample information is transmitted to the blockchain node through the data transmission unit (124), and the data recorded on the blockchain is managed transparently so that anyone can verify it. This process ensures the reliability of the survey results by randomly extracting samples without bias from a specific institution. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 3, the process of transmitting and receiving sampled sample infor
