Description
A movable table lift device The present invention relates to a mobile table lift device, and more specifically, to a mobile table lift device that enables a battery pack to be efficiently mounted in an electric vehicle by placing the battery pack on a plate and restricting its positional movement. Generally, a scissor-type lift is configured such that an X-shaped link provided between a lower base frame and an upper lifting frame is folded by a hydraulic cylinder to raise and lower the lifting frame, and a mobile lift equipped with a moving wheel is used on-site to move and attach/detach heavy-duty parts of a vehicle. However, with the recent significant proliferation of electric vehicles, there is a problem in that maintenance work, such as repairing or replacing battery modules, cannot be performed efficiently using existing mobile lifts, as this involves tasks like attaching and detaching battery modules. To explain this in detail, electric vehicles are equipped with battery modules that are positioned to the maximum width of both sides of the vehicle to maximize battery capacity by expanding the installation area at the bottom of the vehicle. Furthermore, due to the significant weight, a lift is required for attachment and detachment. However, existing mobile lifts have a problem in that they are difficult to use because the width of the lifting frame is narrow, making it impossible to stably place the electric vehicle's battery modules on the lifting frame, as the lifting frame must be entered between the support arms that spread out to support the vehicle while the vehicle is being lifted by a two-post lift. Additionally, if the lifting frame is expanded, it becomes impossible to enter between the support arms that spread out to support the vehicle in the conventional two-post lift, thus making it unusable. In addition, when attaching a battery module to an electric vehicle, it must be precisely aligned by lifting the module to the mounting position on the vehicle; however, making fine positional adjustments using only the movement of the wheels is considerably difficult, and moving the heavy battery module itself is even more challenging. Consequently, there was a problem in that it was difficult to attach or detach the battery module from an electric vehicle using existing mobile lifts. To solve these problems, Korean registered patent No. 10-2511515 B1 (March 14, 2023) discloses a mobile lift for automobile maintenance that has a variable structure that allows the upper surface of the lifting frame of the mobile lift to be selectively expanded or reduced so as to be able to lift the battery module of an electric vehicle, and allows the upper plate of the lifting frame to be easily moved in all directions within a predetermined width so as to be able to accurately position the battery module at the mounting location of the vehicle for fastening or joining. However, the aforementioned mobile lift for automobile maintenance faces a problem where fine position adjustment is required because the battery module shifts due to vibrations generated during lifting and lowering.
