KR-20260063130-A - Modular Prefabricated House for Easy Assembly
Abstract
The present invention relates to a modular prefabricated house that is easy to assemble and disassemble. By using aluminum and polycarbonate plates, the stability and durability of the prefabricated house are enhanced, and waterproofing is ensured through an overlapping structure between the plates. In addition, anyone can easily assemble it through the joints and the snap-fit method, and it can be quickly installed and disassembled in disaster and emergency situations.

Description
Modular Prefabricated House for Easy Assembly The present invention relates to prefabricated buildings, specifically to a prefabricated house that is easy to assemble and disassemble and possesses a sturdy structure and thermal insulation. In particular, it relates to a modular prefabricated house that can be easily assembled using a plurality of plates, and a method for assembling the same. Prefabricated buildings are used as temporary living spaces or frequently movable shelters, and their ease of assembly and disassembly is an advantage. However, existing prefabricated buildings have complex assembly processes, lack sturdiness, and have limitations in thermal insulation and waterproofing. In particular, there is a growing need for prefabricated buildings that can be easily installed in emergency situations such as disasters and war. The prefabricated house of the present invention is constructed using a plurality of modular plates and consists of a first side section with an entrance, a second side section, and a plurality of body plates connecting the two side sections. The body plates are made of aluminum or polycarbonate, making them lightweight and strong, and each plate can be assembled by interlocking them. The connecting sections formed on the first and second side sections are groove structures designed for connection with the body plates, allowing anyone to easily assemble them. Additionally, the roof section consists of obliquely arranged plates that overlap each other to prevent rainwater from entering the interior, and the wall sections include ventilation and hanging sections to maintain a comfortable indoor environment. A base plate is installed on the floor to support the entire house and is stably connected to the first and second side sections.
