Abstract
A "sea cucumber slitting device" is disclosed. The "sea cucumber slitting device" according to the present invention may include: a sea cucumber transport belt (210) in which a blade insertion path (211) is formed in a central area along the longitudinal direction where a sea cucumber is moved; a sea cucumber fixing lever (310) provided on both sides of the path of the sea cucumber transport belt (210) so as to be rotatable toward the center of the sea cucumber transport belt (210) to block the transport of a sea cucumber (A) being transported along the sea cucumber transport belt (210) and fix the position of the sea cucumber; and a sea cucumber length detection sensor unit (400) provided vertically on both sides from the starting point of the sea cucumber transport belt (210) to the sea cucumber fixing lever (310) and detecting the length of the sea cucumber whose position is fixed by the sea cucumber fixing lever (310). Additionally, it is preferable to include a sea cucumber fixing jig part (600) that descends from the upper part of the sea cucumber transport belt (210) and presses the upper surface of the sea cucumber when the position of the sea cucumber is fixed by the sea cucumber fixing lever (310); and a slitting blade (500) that rises along the blade insertion path (211) from the lower part of the sea cucumber transport belt (210) and cuts the belly of the sea cucumber when the sea cucumber fixing jig part (600) descends.

Description
{Machine for cutting sea cucumber bellies} The present invention relates to a sea cucumber gutting device, and more specifically, to a sea cucumber gutting device that automatically guts the belly of a sea cucumber. With growing interest in health and well-being, sea cucumbers are becoming increasingly popular in East Asian countries, including Korea and China, as a top health food or stamina food, often referred to as the "ginseng of the sea." Sea cucumbers are rich in protein, polysaccharides, and minerals. Unusually for seafood, they contain an ideal ratio of calcium to phosphorus and are rich in calcium, which is essential for physiological functions such as normal muscle contraction as well as tooth and skeletal formation. When prepared as food, these sea cucumbers can be eaten raw, or cooked in dishes such as stir-fries, steamed dishes, or soups. Sea cucumbers are eaten raw or are usually processed into dried sea cucumbers for distribution and use in cooking. A conventional method for processing dried sea cucumbers is disclosed in Registered Patent No. 10-1239676, "Salt-free dried sea cucumber and method for manufacturing the same." The disclosed method for manufacturing salt-free dried sea cucumbers consists of a raw sea cucumber rupture process in which a raw sea cucumber is cut, an internal organ removal process in which internal organs are removed from the cut portion of the raw sea cucumber, a fresh water washing process in which the sea cucumber with internal organs removed is washed with fresh water, a first boiling process in which the washed sea cucumber is placed in a pot and boiled to cook, a salting process in which the boiled sea cucumber is salted with salt, a desalting process in which the salted sea cucumber is placed in fresh water to remove salt, a second boiling process in which the desalted sea cucumber is placed back in a pot and boiled to cook, and a first drying process in which the sea cucumber that has been boiled in the second process is dried. However, in this method of processing dried sea cucumbers, there is a problem in that a significant amount of time and manpower is required for the process of gutting the fresh sea cucumbers. Specifically, since fresh sea cucumbers have a slippery surface and their backs and bellies face different directions, manual labor is required for workers to hold each one by hand and cut open the belly with a knife. Consequently, there is the laborious task of requiring 4 to 5 workers just for the gutting of fresh sea cucumbers. FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating the configuration of a sea cucumber gutting device according to the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the configuration of a sea cucumber gutting device according to the present invention. FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating the control configuration of a sea cucumber gutting machine according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram illustrating a sea cucumber being ruptured by a sea cucumber rupturing device according to the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view illustrating the configuration of the slitting blade of a sea cucumber slitting device according to the present invention. FIGS. 6 and FIGS. 7 are cross-sectional examples illustrating the rupture process of the rupture blade of a sea cucumber rupture device according to the present invention. FIGS. 8 to 10 are cross-sectional examples illustrating the process of slaughtering a sea cucumber using a sea cucumber slaughtering device according to the present invention. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to preferred embodiments of the invention and the accompanying drawings, under the premise that identical reference numerals in the drawings refer to identical components. When a component is described as "comprising" another component in the detailed description of the invention or the claims, this shall not be interpreted as being limited to being composed solely of said component unless specifically stated otherwise, but shall be understood as potentially including additional components.
