Description
Bonding device for vehicle door belt rails The present invention relates to a vehicle door belt rail bonding device, and more specifically, to a vehicle door belt rail bonding device for ensuring bonding quality between a door belt rail and a door outer panel. Generally, a door belt rail for mounting a door belt is provided between the door inner panel and the door outer panel that constitute the door panel of a vehicle. Conventionally, the door belt rail was assembled to the door inner panel and then hemmed and joined to the door outer panel; however, recently, to minimize exposure, the door belt rail is attached to the door outer panel using adhesive. When attaching a door belt rail to a door outer panel using the above adhesive, the matching of the adhesive surfaces between the door outer panel and the door belt rail is ensured by correcting and managing the dimensions of the door outer panel, and the door belt rail and the door outer panel are bonded through the natural curing (or room temperature curing) of the adhesive that cures at room temperature. Additionally, a clamp is used to secure the door belt rail and the door outer panel while the adhesive is curing. However, after the door belt is assembled to the inner panel assembly and then matched with the door outer panel, excessive dispersion and deviation occur in the adhesive surface between the door belt rail and the door outer panel. The aforementioned inner panel assembly is an assembly composed of a door inner panel and a door belt rail assembled to the door inner panel. Consequently, it is difficult to ensure proper alignment of the adhesive surfaces between the door belt rail and the door outer panel. This leads to issues such as the adhesive area failing to adhere closely and lifting, as well as uneven adhesive thickness, resulting in degraded adhesive quality. Furthermore, since subsequent processes cannot proceed until the adhesive has fully cured, there is a problem of increased production cycle time and the potential for post-processing deformation. FIG. 1 is a drawing illustrating a vehicle door belt rail adhesive device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 2 and FIGS. 3 are drawings illustrating a rapid curing unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a partial drawing illustrating the detailed configuration of a rapid curing unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 5a to 6 are drawings illustrating the operation sequence of a rapid curing unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIGS. 7 and 8 are drawings illustrating the operation sequence of a heating block according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9 is a drawing illustrating the connection structure of a power supply unit according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing a vehicle door belt rail bonding process according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The details included in the accompanying drawings are schematic for the purpose of easily explaining the embodiments of the present invention and may differ from the actual implemented form. Additionally, terms such as "first" and "second" in this specification may be used to describe various components, but said components are not limited by said terms. These terms are used to distinguish one component from other components. For example, without departing from the scope of rights according to the concept of the present invention, the first component may be named the second component, and the second component may be named the first component. As illustrated in FIG. 1, a vehicle door belt rail adhesive device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a mold jig (10), a plurality of rapid curing units (100), and a power supply unit (300). The above mold jig (10) is a jig for seating and fixing a door panel (20) to which a door belt rail (see 23 in FIG. 7) is attached. The door panel (20) seated on the mold jig (10) is supported and fixed in the correct position through a plurality of jig clamps (11). The above jig clamp (11) is mounted and positioned on a base plate (12) on which a mold jig (10) is mounted, and holds the door panel (20) seated on the mold jig (10) to fix the door panel (20) so that it does not move on the mold jig (10). The above door panel (20) is composed of a door outer panel (21) and a door inner panel (22), and the door outer panel (21) is first placed on the mold jig (10), and then the door inner panel (22) is provided on the door outer panel (21). In other words, a door outer panel (21) is first placed on the mold jig (10), and then an adhesive is applied to a designated location of the door outer panel (21) (i.e., the area to be bonded to the door belt rail), and then a door inner panel (22) with a door belt rail (23) mounted thereon
