Abstract

The present invention relates to an externally verifiable coal adhesion prevention device and a coal conveying chute including the same, wherein the expansion and contraction of an air pad installed inside the chute are verified from the outside of the chute, and the expansion and contraction of the air pad are guided to induce uniform expansion and contraction, as well as mechanically controlling the expansion of the air pad. The externally verifiable coal adhesion prevention device according to the present invention comprises: an air pad (20) installed on the inner surface of a chute (1) and expanding and contracting through the injection and discharge of air to prevent coal from adhering to the chute and to dislodge any adhering coal; and a display rod (30) having one end fixed to the air pad and the other end connected to a hole formed in the chute to allow communication between the inside and outside, so as to be movable back and forth, which indicates the expansion and contraction of the air pad.

Description

An anti-stick device for coal that can be checked externally and a coal transfer chute including it The present invention relates to a coal adhesion prevention device and a chute, and more specifically, to an externally verifiable coal adhesion prevention device that allows verification of the operation of an air pad for adhesion prevention from the outside of the chute while preventing transported materials such as coal from adhering to the chute, and a coal transport chute including the same. Generally, systems for transporting materials such as coal include a chute installed between conveyor belts of different heights to guide the material to fall. For example, the chute has a structure with the upper and lower ends open, and discharges coal falling from the upper conveyor belt onto the lower conveyor belt. During coal transport, significant impact energy is applied to the chute due to falling coal. Since this impact energy damages the chute and requires substantial cost and labor to repair or replace damaged parts, liners are installed on the inner walls of the chute. The liner is made of, for example, wear-resistant steel plate and is installed to be easily replaced even if damaged by impact energy from coal, and is installed, for example, with multiple bolts (hex head bolts, countersunk head bolts, etc.) and nuts. According to conventional chutes, due to the humidity of the cargo, the cargo becomes adhered (attached) to the inside of the chute, specifically the liner. Since the chute is fixed, the attached cargo gradually increases in volume and adheres up to the top of the chute; in severe cases, this blocks the chute, eventually causing transportation obstruction. In order to remove attachments (solidified coal) adhering to the liner of a fixed chute, workers manually removed the attachments using hand tools while the operating conveyor belt was stopped. Consequently, since the attachments inside the chute were removed manually, there were many problems, such as delays in work time and equipment shutdowns that disrupted the smooth supply of raw materials; furthermore, safety accidents occurred, including workers falling or being buried during the operation. Registered Utility Model No. 20-0339835 rotates a liner by expanding and contracting an expansion means through the injection and discharge of air by an air supply means, and Registered Patent No. 10-1666359 includes a liner that protrudes into the interior of a chute by penetrating the air chamber and the front of the air pad from the rear of the air pad. According to the prior art, since the expansion means and the air pad are installed inside the chute and cannot be seen with the naked eye from the outside, the normal operation of the expansion means cannot be verified, and therefore, even if the expansion means (air pad) malfunctions due to damage, it cannot be detected, and thus the prevention and removal of solidified bullets cannot be achieved. Furthermore, due to the lack of technology to guide the expansion and contraction of the air pad, there is a high risk of damage as the pad shifts. In addition, the degree of inflation of the air pad cannot be mechanically controlled.
